Die bestellte Ware war am nächsten Tag schon bei uns, das war super.
Da wir noch Fragen zum Produkt hatten, wollten wir gern mit einem Mitarbeiter telefonieren, aber das klappte überhaupt nicht. Eine Beratung wär schon wünschenswert gewesen.
