I recently visited FM Vehicle Solutions Ltd to view a 2024 C63s for my son, and I felt compelled to share what an outstanding experience it was.

From the very first phone call, Faraaz was absolutely brilliant. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his attitude and sincerity — something that is unfortunately quite rare in the car trade.

When we arranged to view the car the next day, Faraaz actually had a family emergency on the day of our appointment. Despite that, he still took the time to personally meet us and make sure we were looked after, even though he had already arranged for his colleague Kas to carry out the viewing and test drive. That level of dedication and respect for customers really impressed me.

Both my son and I have dealt with many dealerships over the years, including main dealers, and to be honest we usually can’t stand the typical sales attitude you often encounter. This experience was completely different. Faraaz was polite, genuine, and never pushy — just straightforward and professional.

Just purchased my BMW M3 Touring from FM Vehicle Solutions — this is actually my second car from them, after previously buying an Audi RS4. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They go above and beyond to make things happen. I asked for the wheels to be sprayed gold, and they sorted it quickly. They even stayed open after hours to accommodate me, as I work and travelled all the way from Nelson. Top-class service from start to finish!

The dealership went above and beyond to provide a truly exceptional service. Due to work commitments, I wasn’t able to travel to Birmingham to collect the car, but they made the entire process seamless. They sent me a huge amount of information, photos, videos, and even arranged video calls to walk me through the vehicle in detail.

On the day of delivery, they drove the car to my city, took it to a local car wash to have it freshly cleaned, and then personally delivered it to my doorstep. They offered me a test drive, explained all the features thoroughly, and only then did we complete the transaction.

I was genuinely amazed by the level of service. They treat customers with fairness and professionalism, and every transaction is clearly tailored to individual needs.
