It's worst company that they don't have their own vendor number they don't have the courier boy number since morning 9am till 9pm 1 wsa call 6 time costomer care' no 9212422000 only one thing they replied sir I don't have any contact number for courier vendor don't trust on this app tha they will deliver your order on time

I placed order in 2nd week of march to be delivered on 31 March 2026.
Jokers delivered on 13 March, 18 days before delivery date shown on order.
Any complaint/ contact with customer services fell on deaf years.
Without understanding problem, high headed jokers kept saying 'we understand and when you place next order, we shall give 10% discount'.
Are they totally brainless?
Do not go there. I find Gul Mahal & Flower Aura etc far far better.
Good luck if you deal with FnP jokers.

Money was deducted from my PayPal, but Ferns N Petals (FNP) India did not confirm the order. When I placed the same order from another account, that one got confirmed—showing a serious system issue.
Customer support only gave copy-paste replies, no clear answer, no timeline, and kept passing the issue between teams. My time and money were wasted.
Very unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend FNP India.SCAM!!!!!!

Very poor service . Requested a birthday cake and small gift and doesn’t deliver on time . Still it is not delivered three days now . Don’t trust them find a better team for such kind of things

I had a horrible experience. I ordered a cake, candle , flowers and chocolates to be delivered on a birthday at a residence. They made one attempt to call the recipient, but when they couldn't reach the person, they didn't leave the gift with any other household members and charged me the full amount. Very disappointed. Update: the customer team called and tried to give me a condescending explanation on their business processes . They are all about systems and not about customer service . All I needed was a simple apology and accountability for ruining someone’s birthday . Instead I got a lecture on how they can’t issue a refund or attempt another delivery. Newsflash: birthdays don’t happen everyday team Ferns and Petals . I don’t want your business .

I placed a nice order for a birthday. Cake, plant, candles and the likes. The delivery was attempted once and there was a geriatric person at home who probably was doing something and couldn't open the door at the moment. I am not in the country and received an email saying we attempted and it couldn't be delivered. I immediately contacted the support and explained everything. Gave my sister's number to coordinate so that my family could receive the order before midnight. The support staff said that re delivery is now possible the next day. I explained this doesn't help us, since the birthday is tonight and I'd like the gift delivered before midnight. So if you can please cancel this and I can place a fresh order right away. The response was once again no. So basically I didn't get the stuff nor was I allowed to cancel and make a new order. I received automated responses from a human support staff. Very unhelpful.

Edit: the order came a day after i.e. today. The delivery person said he couldn't find the house in the dark that's why he didn't deliver last evening! According to him, it was night and very dark when it was around 8 pm IST. I was under the impression our geriatric family member didn't open the door. Thank you for replying to my review FNP team. I can't find an option of replying to your reply. However, I was an avid user of your site and have used it across different parts of the world. I had recommended FNP as well. Since the customer support and delivery went like this, I'll abstain from using your site further.

This was my first order from FNP and surprisingly it was really good. I have ordered cake and bouquet for my sister's birthday and she really liked it. I will order again.

Worst fraud organisation. Running with theft money from customers.

I have placed a order and paid 2200/- for flowers and cake on my wife's birthday which they didn't deliver and said we tried calling you but your was not reachable so not delivered and no refund will be given since we tried calling you. Limit of Nonsense and white collar fraud. Can't even write worst service since no service delivered but money stolen fraudulently.

It was a last minute order. Fnp saves me. I got the order on time. The cake was fresh, flowers were well organised. Packing also very good.

actually they are the worst company which i have seen.
they got order from me for delivering a cake for a birthday by 10 am but they delivered by 4pm.
if you want cake for birthday, they will send flowers for your funeral.

bloody useless stupid company

I ordered a flower bouquet with a ferro rocher chocolate box for my friend 's milestone birthday. Later found out that only bouquet was delivered without the ferro rocher. Was Really embarrassed when my friend told me. Would never trust this company again. My order number is 71141793

Worst delivery and they are doing fraud on deliveries of sending wrong items and collecting amount. Not responding properly for the queries.

Need to take action by law on this business.

I liked the flower arrangements and decorations cause they made as shown in the pictures nothing up or down. About the deliveries yes sometimes bit late but somehow they manage to do it the same day as mentioned even if late at night. The plants are too good cause they never die unlike of ugaoo or other plants shop, that's why I buy from here even if it is costlier or smaller in size atleast they survive and have good longevity.

I ordered a custom gift for a friend's wedding. While it was delivered on time, the packaging box was very poor. Looked local, without any logo and no proper padding inside.
Literally looked so cheap, I was embarrassed to gift it as it felt like I bought it from a street shop.
No brand appeal and it was so bad

Order delivered incomplete and damaged. Upon complaining they sent a replacement package which was still missing the item and two other items design completely changed. When asked to have it returned since it’s not as promised they don’t want to refund and not even sticking to their own promise of partial refund also. I’ve used this company for years but haven’t seen this rubbish service and rude behaviour ever before. Will never use it again even if it means I have to waste my subscription which I just renewed.
For FNP - for these items either you send as promised or be ethical enough to take it back when you don’t deliver what you committed.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with (FnP) across Thane/Vashi.

I placed an order three days in advance, expecting a smooth and timely delivery. However, on the actual delivery date-after the committed delivery time had already passed-I was informed that the ordered items were not available. This kind of last-minute update is completely unacceptable, especially when customers rely on such services for important occasions.

What’s even more frustrating is that this doesn’t seem like a one-off issue. Most of the times I’ve placed an order, their customer service reaches out saying that the same or similar item isn’t available. This raises a basic question-why isn’t the availability updated on the platform in the first place? It only ends up misleading customers and wasting their time.

To make matters worse, despite the inconvenience caused due to their mistake, there was no effort to offer any compensation, alternative solution, or even a goodwill gesture. I was simply left with no option but to cancel the order and request a refund.

This reflects very poorly on their service quality and customer handling, at least in Thane. For anyone looking for reliable delivery services, I would highly recommend considering IGP or Interflora instead.

Terrible terrible company. I ordered flowers and Jwellery for my wife. First they did not deliver it on the same day. They said they will next day. I said ok. Next they said the Jwellery is not available can we send chocolates instead? How can you replace Jwellery with chocolates? Then they are saying we send Jwellery separately and flowers separately after 2/3 days. What a terrible experience and waste of
Time.
