Dan was more than helpful for us on getting our we man his quad for Christmas.. took it away to be put together and went out of his way to return it.. also got my sister to buy a tractor of him for my nephew.. great customer service! And in the bargain he’s such a lovely man to talk to.
Scammers. Bought an electric tractor from here for Christmas 2021 for £450. Used it twice and was stored away for the winter.
Hasnt worked since. Contacted the company and they “dont cover any batteries or products” requested a refund, exchange or replacement as it was alot of money to be told we would have to pay for any repairs etc. absolute scam for £450. Would not recommend & we will be contacting trading standards about them also
Ordered an Audi Q8 with MP4 player & rubber tyres and got exactly what I paid for. Very good customer service on their FB page. Was allowed to put down a deposit then pay the full amount when it suited. Small reasonable charge for assembly.
