Really nice tiles
Once the tiles arrived in their warehouse everything was sent along to me quickly and correctly. The product looks great! It just took a while for the items to come into stock in their warehouse, but that's understandable given the current circumstances. It just would have been nice to know when I ordered that they weren't in stock. The website didn't update to that until a few days after I placed the order. Then it took almost a month to get back in stock. Great product though, and worth the wait.

Back ordered without telling us at time of order.
The website allow us to place the order without telling us they were back ordered. Still waiting over a month. This is our second order of these tiles. The foam tiles are good, but it would be nice to get our new ones.

The 1/2 inch EcoSoft tiles are currently on backorder. They are expected to ship by 5/21/20 and once they are shipped you can expect another email with your carrier and tracking information. I see that there was no communication to explain the delay and I apologize for that oversight.

Great product
Great product, customer service was lacking. While understanding the current environment, I placed two calls with no response, and email with no response and then tried chat. The product is great, customer service not so much.

The tiles are great. But I never received a confirmation email or shipping notification. The only time I figured out what was going on with my order was when I called to ask.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I have tried to contact them twice in regards to my order and still have not gotten a reply. My order was suppose to ship 7 days ago and I'm still waiting for it to be processed. Will not be getting my business again.

Poor experience
Not listed on their web site as back ordered when the order was placed. After contacting them several weeks later, they told me they do not know when they will be in stock. They did not offer to cancel the order and have not responded to my email response to do so.

Love the flooring
Love the flooring! The density and texture is perfect for my kickboxing/MMA home gym area. I would give 5 stars easily except one of my tiles wasn't quite symmetrical so I have a very, very slight gap between 2 pieces, but it doesn't hinder performance at all. It may affect additional flooring alignment, which I plan to add on later. Again, love this flooring and highly recommend.

Twice ordered 5/8" thick mat tiles and…
Twice ordered 5/8" thick mat tiles and twice received 1/2" thick tiles. Out of time to be able to return so have to just make do. An expensive lesson to learn and will not order in the future. The tiles I did receive were much softer and of lesser quality than what you can buy at Walmart or Box Sporting goods store.
