Had a great consulting experience. Team was very professional, communicative and timely. Easier to work with than competitors. Lastly, I was paid quickly. Just ensure you provide all your payment details upfront so no to delay. I would definitely work with Focal Fact in the future.

Total waste of time. A manager from Focal Fact reached out to me for my expertise in the public sector permitting realm . Which I have 18 years in. She asked if I had a certain experience doing this one thing, I said no. Got moved onto the call with the actual client (which they won't tell you who it is, only saying they would have to get permission - for you to know who your talking to). So I block off an hour of my day, schedule my day around this call, get on call and this rude guy talked to me for literally 2 minutes, asked the SAME question the Focal Fact manager asked me (that I said NO i did not have any experience in) and I again said no I don't have any experience with that particular task, and the guy rudely cut me off stating "your not the one we need to talk to" goodbye. Basically hanging up on me. 0 out of 10 starts, do not recommend doing business with this company.

Edited to add: The focal fact employee was nice, professional, polite. But apparently there was a disconnect with her and the client I was set to talk to, and his rudeness was unacceptable.

I have been impressed with their professionalism and communication. I often deal with Natalia and William who are both exceptional.

My experience with Focal Fact was top-notch. From my initial message from Oliwia through my screening call and my first consulting call, the experience was flawless. Great communications and follow through on my fee payment. I look forward to working with this company again in the future.
