Simple easy process
Overall simple and easy process, only issue was scheduling. Although that was mainly due to my complicated out of state work schedule. I appreciate them working with me.

Would give zero stars if I could
Would give zero stars if I could. They cancelled an appointment despite there being an issue paying through hotdoc and me making contact to fix this. Poor communication. I still rebooked however the receptionist claims I was abusive. I was frustrated that they gave the appointment to someone else and would not acknowledge their communication was poor and the appointment should be honoured. Now I can see why it was so quick to get an appointment. Don't waste your time. Get on a waiting list of someone decent.
