I purchased an infocus projector and was very please with the quality. The projector has excellent brightness and image details. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought a projector here and it was back ordered (from many companies). Turns out, backordered here too. However, a representative reached out to me and explained the situation. He then inquired as to how I would be using the projector. After a few prompt emails back and forth, he set me up with a comparable (in price) projector that fit my needs even better. I am so happy with my purchase. Will definitely do business again and advertise for this company!

I called focused tech to find a projection screen that had been sold out everywhere for quite some time. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. In fact, when he told me that the specific item wasn't available, he let me know that a nicer version was available and the price was cheaper than what I was going to pay on other websites.
The screen has been great so far. Only minor complaint is that the frame is advertised as all aluminum, which it is. But the fasteners are not. I left it out overnight and found some rust at these locations.

Very happy everything was delivered as it was supposed to be. We did not open the products yet as our condo is still under construction so we can’t say how the product worked but as far as service, customer service and delivery I will give them five stars

I could not be more pleased with Focused Technology. Without going into the details I can tell you they went above and beyond (pardon the cliché) to help me get the equipment I was looking for. My prospects did not look good for availability but they told me there was one thing they could try. They tried, they succeeded and I received what I was looking for in short order.
I will not hesitate to commend their customer service crew and suggest to you that if you think they might be worth a look, I say do it. They knocked it out of the park for me. Thanks again to Focused Technology.

My only complaint was that my item was on back order and this was not reflected when I ordered it. Not sure why express shipping is offered for an item that wasn't due to be back in stock for three months. When my shipping details were not updated I called and that is when I was told the item was on back order. This should have been noted at the time of purchase but instead the item was listed as available. That is why four stars instead of five. However, the company was very courteous and professional and when the item did arrive I was very pleased with it.

I always get prompt and efficient service from them when i order. Items are generally shipped quickly.

Customer service was great, I accidentally ordered the wrong part, they helped me get it figured out and refunded the wrong one against the correct one, within a week.
