SPIVAK Update from ex-wife’s boyfriend …

SPIVAK Update from ex-wife’s boyfriend John Lucas.

Just a few facts for you about David as a parent.

He has had the ability through child protection services to have supervised visitations since last February. About 11 months now. He has not made an effort to see his son once. He has also yet to setup phone visits with his son. So has not talked to his son in months. Has not paid child support, not 1 dollar, in over a year, and less than about $300 in 6 years. He owes thousand in arrears. He has not sent him a Hanukkah or birthday gift or card in 2 years.

David also has had an order of protection against him for about a year. That was for attempting to kidnap Elijah from his school during Rivky’s visitation time. So he goes to jail if he harasses or harms his son at this point.

Yet, this week he is trying to quash all of his son’s autism services because he still has joint custody. That’s his only lever to strike back and feel in control.

So, there is the scam artist side, but then there is the side of what he does to his only son.

And now he is filing a motion to get full custody, which he has filed several times over the years.

So he is not just a financial criminal. He is just a plain bad human for abandoning his only son, and trying to hurt him by taking away services, even this week. He will have to stand before a Brooklyn judge this time so hopefully Elijah gets the right judge who protects him and makes David accountable.

I also know he was being financed by his adopted dad until his dad passed. However, David was left 70k from his dad. I am not sure where that money is. David claims his cousins are managing it.

It would take a book to describe all the evil he has done. I hope he has a come to Jesus moment. He needs it.

Feel free to warn potential victims.

John Lucas

David S Spivak - career scam artist

David S Spivak goes by many aliases and company names like Winesavvymagazine, BevPulse Media Group, Focus Photography Magazine and other variations of Focus. LLCs registered in Delaware and other states like New Jersey. I have many that I have talked to and know and all the stories are the same. Spivak or Mr Singer, or David Samuel, or whatever alias he is using scams usually by the typical magazine subscription scam that has been around for decades. But also promises, cash in advance, printing of you art, or convention booth rentals, art gallery promotion, and now wine magazines. He is a ghost with no assets. He is immune from court judgments. The problem is that he just creates a new magazine, LLC, and wants to take advantage of photographers. And by the way, all his articles and staff are AI generated or AI heavily assisted, and are rewrites from legit articles. Buyer Beware

Run for the hills!

Ditto to what Mr. Gray states. Sam Singer, David Samuel, David Spivak, they're all the same conman person spreading lies and stealing money from talented artists with promises to publish their photos. Beware all!!
