I used 'Maria Fogarty Mortgages' as my mortgage advisor and I couldn't recommend her enough!
I first met Maria when she was advising my friend and I was so impressed. I was interested in property at the time but didn't have the means financially so I tagged a long with my friend to watch her process.
Maria was the first to give me hope I could buy a home of my own even with little resources at the time.
When I finally was in a better position financially I contacted Maria myself. She has always been kind, patient, helpful, informative (I was a clueless first time buyer) and went out of her way with me the whole process and I couldn't be more grateful. She made me comfortable, helped me to get the best deals, answered all my questions and gave me great advise.
I've told everyone how amazing she is and I couldn't recommend her enough! The whole Fogartys team is amazing to be fair. I even looked into them for home insurance as they give such amazing customer service. I am certain all of the Fogarty services are outstanding.

Maria was an absolute pleasure to deal with whilst buying my first house. I couldn’t have asked for more support through this process. Her recommendations, expertise and customer service made what I expected to be a stressful process go through with ease.

Cross over to the other side of the business and Brian was able to get me the best quote I could find for house insurance, this only took him a few hours, after giving him all of the details.

I’ve also enquires about car insurance with Brian and will definitely be exploring this come my renewal date.

Overall, a fantastic local company, and in times like these, we should be shopping locally more often... for all of our needs!
