I ordered 2 of the same items but when the package arrived only 1 item was in the package
I have emailed and messaged them and they don’t bother to reply
There’s also no other way on contacting them

Ordered the gold colour 4 leaf clover necklace. It is beautiful, very good quality, excellent price and the gold colour looks gold as it should not yellow like some jewellery competitors. Liked the bracelet so much have ordered the necklace to match. Delivery is a little slow hence 4 stars but post is slow nowadays so may not be the company. Thank you Foglias 😍

ordered from this website 3 gorgeous bracelets ordered for next day delivery but came 2 days later 2 out of 3 of my bracelets came still awaiting my green 4 leaf clover bracelet as was a present from my grandad have sent so many emails but no response my app says its still not out for delivery yet ?
will not order from this website again

Wasn't sure about ordering from here after reading the reviews, but I've placed 2 orders now and both have been fine. Delivery was a bit slow but came within 1 week-10 days. I've ordered 3 bracelets & a necklace so far, and all products have all matched the photo.

Awful company want to send back as not as pictured sent five emails no reply! Stay away don’t purchase from this company

Bought a bracelet but is so tiny, it does not fit round my wrist. And it does not look anything like the photos on the website. No response from the company so impossible to return.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Complete waste of money.

No confirmation of order…. Eventually turns up after thinking I’d never see my item. Quality AWFUL…. (Tacky colour, feel.)
Now requested return and refund and no reply 😡

Foglias London are really concerning me.
No reply to 4 emails to request a return for Order 196804131141. I contacted them immediately as requested, and 3 more times. NO REPLY TO MY CONTACT.
Ordered 1 Blue Necklace Set. They sent Turquoise, Also 1 Green Necklace Set. Faulty Earring
Order totalling £80.94. I just want my return label and my refund!

On the website it says you can pay with pay pal but when you get to the check out there is no option to pay by pay pal
