Do your research before spending any money on this lot. Boiler replaced twice, 'in stock' filters took weeks to arrive, excuse was "an error occurred", I had to wait until they sorted their own internal 'error', no human on the phonelines, multiple emails and messages ignored. In addition, the design of the filter system changed, no contact from Fohen. I am sorry I ever bought their system and wasted my money. When it dies, and it will, it will not be a Fohen tap that will replace it. Should have bought a proper tap in the first place.
