Never again.

Do your research before spending any money on this lot. Boiler replaced twice, 'in stock' filters took weeks to arrive, excuse was "an error occurred", I had to wait until they sorted their own internal 'error', no human on the phonelines, multiple emails and messages ignored. In addition, the design of the filter system changed, no contact from Fohen. I am sorry I ever bought their system and wasted my money. When it dies, and it will, it will not be a Fohen tap that will replace it. Should have bought a proper tap in the first place.

Fantastic tap and boiler until…

Fantastic tap and boiler until something goes wrong and no one gets back to you. Terrible customer service which is a pitty considering my boiler tap has been so good for the past 2 years.

Broken boiler, no customer service

Boiler broke over a week ago, tried to get in contact multiple times, called at least 5 times this past week but kept getting their voicemail which is always full then it just cuts me off. Tried multiple emails still no reply and their online chat is non existent. Family member had similar situation with another brand of boiler tap only two days to sort out, was worried about the after sales service when purchasing the tap in November 22 and now I know why. Might as well have gotten a tap off Ali express with the customer service fohen has. I’m just really frustrated with the lack of communication from them, I just want to get this sorted.

So far so bad!!

Well we haven’t installed the tap yet but so far so bad. Ordered off fohen.ie thinking your buying from an Irish website only to find its coming from UK and get hit with over €300 customs charge on top of an already expensive tap.
When the parcel arrived, today, it was in tatters, top open, bottom pretty much in bits, I’m not sure everything survived the journey, time will tell.
Absolutely ridiculous this expensive item was not delivered by courier and not by a post.

Terrible customer service for an expensive, cheaply made tap

The moment my tap was installed in October the spray head fell off as the very thin piece of plastic holding it on had rotted, it crumbled in my fingers. The boiler has never worked properly either. The display on the boiler does not work, it reads dashes and marks and the numbers that do show are incorrect. It is also very temperamental, it often randomly switches off and then I have to wait for a few minutes for the water to boil again. I have written and called Fohen almost weekly since October and they still have not rectified the situation. They said that they sent a new spray head but it has been stuck in customs since December and they have not given me the appropriate information to be able to clear customs. They do not reply to emails and when I eventually speak to someone on the phone they assure me that someone will get back to me, but they don't. The customer service are an outsourced company that have no power to resolve situations. They can send a message but have no power to connect directly with a person. They are simply a powerless buffer, polite but with no power. I have resisted writing this review as I wanted to give the company a chance however it is now simply beyond a joke. I wrote a review on the Fohen website but they do not show it. Please save yourself this incredible frustration. Some of the taps component parts are very cheaply made, the tap itself is very overly complicated to install. The company clearly do not care once they have made their sale. Avoid at all costs.
