A responsive rep makes the difference
Nothing is perfect and Foley's system does have some room for improvement but they are improving in small steps. What makes the difference is having someone that will respond to issues and get things done. Karly Mulligan has done a great job as our representative. She always responds quickly and helps get us through the day-to-day issues that come up or the bigger things like audits. She has done a great job for us.

The ambience is lovely (Foley Claygate location) - we're here on a cold February evening and the fire is on making it feel so warm and homey.
The menu is diverse and offers a very good range (including vegetarian options) and the dishes we ordered were exceptional!
The personal was extremely reactive, always attentive to our needs - one of the few places where you can taste a few wine options before choosing, the recommendations they made both food and drinks wise where spot on.
So if you want the cozy ambiance of a pub and the food of a 5 stars restaurant we can't recommend enough this wonderful place located in such a serene a lovely scenery within the Surrey hills!

Too aggressive
They start contacting you the day after your paperwork goes through. They call you at 5:00 in the morning. They tell you that they are dedicated or authorized by the FMCSA to be the only one to handle your compliance issues which is BS. I use ooida and I would suggest that anyone applying for their own authority to also use ooida because they are awesome and they don't call you at 5:00 in the morning every single day.

This company constantly mis-billed us…
This company constantly mis-billed us and the cost of my time to get them to respond and fix this is higher than the amount we pay to foley yearly. Find a better company. Any savings will be ruined by time spent fighting them. Finally when you stop fighting, they just close your account. We had a good first 10 years, but the last 5 years have been a huge headache. They even stole my satisfaction of firing them by closing our account. Don't let the reviews fool you. Yes, they used to be great. Now they couldn't be worse.
