Beautiful plants. Sadly, some of the leaves of my Begonia maculata and one leaf of the Monstera albo were slightly to severely damaged upon arrival. The Begonia leaves seemed to have suffered under the cold temperatures. The Monstera deliciosa albo was not quite carefully packed and shipped, so her new leaf sadly broke. She’s already pushing out a new one though. The Pothos arrived safely and happy, as did the mini Alocasia. All in all: good service, beautiful plants, but some shipping damages.

The plants are always from good quality. They are always packed carefully and safely. The customer service replies fast and friendly, very helpful. One of my favorite webshops for plants 😊

Some plants were dead when arrived, lots of plants what I ordered were not there and no any list of plants in the box to check out my order. The positive was how fast I got email back and refund, when contacted through email. I am really grateful that you offered to send new plants but here our weather is already too cold for plants and i chose refund.

Foliage Factory is by far my favorite go-to place for plants. All plants arrived in exceptional health and condition.
Every plant was much bigger than I expected. I highly recommend them, and I will purchase there again.

I ordered a Monstera Thai constellation. The quality of variegation is not the same as the one on their webshop photo. The one I received have less splotches and splashes.

I bought some plants and unfortunately there was an issue with one of them. As soon as I let them know Jan responded immediately and organised a replacement. I will definitely order from them again and would have no hesitation recommending to others. Beautiful plants and exemplary customer service. Well done, and thank you

Good selection and price. Ordered several times from them. Everything was delivered in perfect condition.

I ordered a bunch of plants and pots. The plants arrived in an 'okay' state. One the plants had a wilted leaf that fell right off after picking it up, and most of them arrived with hydrophobic soil.

However I was missing 3 pots in two different colors. I messaged them and got the pots sent free of charge. I then opened the package to find they're all 3 the same color. It's not that important to me, but it baffles me how this can be messed up twice. In other instances I have recieved apology-items, from other companies, to make up for trouble like this, and was kind of disappointed to see that this was not the case with Foliage Factory.

I had received very beautiful plants in perfect state.

I'd give you guys 10 stars if I could. The most professional customer service I have ever come across. Kind and human answers, and very fast. Plants are of fantastic quality. My package was delayed on the way for some reason, and yet there was only one plant (out of 7) that showed signs of stress. After 1, 5 weeks in the box! There is really some love and care behind this shop, and they know so much about plants, too. The choice is the best online, as far as I know, and I have ordered from many online shops. They could all learn from Foliage Factory. 100% recommend.

First order came really late and almost all plants was dead, also dodnt get tracking number. Customer service re shipped order, customer service was really helpfull. Still considering ordering sensitive plants elsewhere but over all OK.

The plants were right, but two of the four plants I ordered had dried out during shipping. Also one product I ordered was not available, but I didn't get any notification that it was not in the package (had paid for that when ordered). However staff was nice when contacted and I got the refund from the two plants and missing item.

The sellers are really professional and care a lot about the quality of their plants. I ordered mid heatwave and was informed that the shipping will be delayed until the temperatures go back to normal with the option of being refunded if that didn't work for me. To me that shows dedication to delivering plants in a good state and i really appreciate that. I proceeded with order waiting for the heatwave to pass and received all my plants in a good state.

I ordered a large Frydek Variegata, which is expensive and my dream plant. On the picture is showed beautiful variegation, but i received a plant with not even half the variegation showed in the pictures. Im so sad since i cant afford another one.
The one i got sadly just isnt worth the money i payed.
Shipping etc was good.

Overall good experience.
