Beware of this site
Beware of this site, just called the BBB in Fort. Collins, Colorado which serves parts of Wyoming where this company is so called based. Was told this is a scam....follus.com is an overseas company using a Sheridan, Wyoming address . Apparently several complaints have been made, but they can't act on them, because it's not legit. Was told to contact my bank to TRY to get my money back. Don't be duped.

This company is definitely a scam
This company is definitely a scam. I ordered a $70 purse and never received it. I have written several emails. They answered once and said they would look into it. I have not heard from them since. Do not order from them! You would be throwing your money away.
On May 2, 2026 Follus responded to TrustPilot. They said they emailed me with several options to resolve the issue of the $70 purse I never received. Follus has never emailed me to resolve this issue. Follus, why not just refund me my $70 dollars??? Stop lying on TrustPilot trying to make yourselves look better!

They Never sent my order
They Never sent my order. Which is heartbreaking because I purchased something after my sweet boy passed away. Its truly disgusting that a company would do something like that. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times and never got a response. Shame on you all.

Avoid this business like the plague
This company is great at sending you emails, but not your merchandise. There’s no customer service phone number, no address and only “canned” email responses to questions about your order. They will take your money 1st and not deliver. I had to file a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Avoid this scammer business like the plague-That’s my best advice.
