Had to do a return (for reasons unrelated to the fombag quality, which was GREAT). Sarah was extremely helpful and I can't recommend these guys highly enough!

I ordered on January 4th and my order still hasn't shipped.

Had a few problems but the company fixed everything for me to make it right. I love the product.

I love this company.... I had an easy shopping experience... it shipped fast and I will be shopping again soon....

The delivery was guaranteed by Christmas based on the order date and information provided on the website. Not only did the Fombag arrive a week later than expected, the wrong foam filled liner was shipped with the microsuede cover thus making the entire product unusable for its intended purpose.

After reaching out to the company, Customer Service was extremely prompt and professional. They were kind enough to ship correct part the next business day, but allowed me to keep the mistake for inconvenience.
The 4ft foam lounger I purchased seems to be of a good quality microsuede cover. However, as I have noticed in other reviews as well, It seems to be me lacking in the fill. Luckily I have the smaller bag that I am going to combine into the larger to give it a fuller/more firm feel. Prolonged use of the bag seems to cause more of a flattening effect than originally anticipated.

I also own a large Shredded Foam Pillow from another competitor and would say although the inner liner is made from a slightly thinner product, other than overall "fullness" of the bag, which is still reasonably comparable, the value of the lounger is well worth the cost.

Would definitely recommend over larger companies, if not for the great bargain, and relatively good quality product, but overall some of the best customer service; from attentiveness, to desire to resolve the issue and restore reputation of company.

Because I’m 6’3” and the occasional spiller of things, I went for a big dark bag, specifically the 7’ with charcoal color. I’ve had this bag over 3 months now, and it has been amazing! It took less than a week to fully break it in. It is the only furniture I use at this point (aside from my bed… though this is great for naps), and it can easily fit a second person. Being able to wash the outer layer is fantastic as it gets a light dusting of chip crumbs or whatever. It’s very heavy, which makes fluffing it somewhat difficult, but that’s an easy concession considering how comfy it is. Super fantastic purchase, no regrets here, and I love it so much I even left a review… and I don’t really ever do that :)

I paid for quick shipping and was told when I placed the order on the 13th that I would receive it by the 24th. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift from Santa for a little girl who is going to be very sad on Christmas morning.

UPDATE: A Fombag representative contacted me after my first review and immediately initiated steps to improve my experience with my Fombag. I sent in a photo of my "too flat" bag, and they sent additional foam to fill it, free of charge. My Fombag is absolutely wonderful now with the added foam! I'm very satisfied with this product now, and the customer service response was great!

I have previously purchased a giant beanbag chair from another company and absolutely love it! It is a 7'x4' beanbag that stands about 3 feet tall - it looks literally just like the big fluffy beanbag you see in the giant bean bag advertisements. I wanted to order a couple more giant beanbags for our home and let the kids have the original for their room, and I was drawn to Fombag because of the 8'x8' option. While I'm happy with the size and quality of the cover, the beanbag as a whole was kind of disappointing. I think it would be great if there were about 2x the foam filling inside, but as it stands, the bean bag is no thicker than your standard mattress, even after we let it expand for over a week and fluffed it multiple times. It looks nothing like the photo in the advertisement. I was hoping to be able to plop onto it safely like I could with my old beanbag, but with this Fombag, I absolutely hit the floor... hard. I think this product would be fabulous with a good bit more filling, however. Maybe my purchase was just a faulty one, but it just doesn't work for me.

The foam I received was supposed to be shredded, but wasn't shredded at all. Just big pieces of left over foam, although the foam itself was of good quality.
Shredding the foam wouldn't have taken much work, but would make your customers satisfied.

The experience and the shipping was great. The product itself is not as fluffy as i thought it would be. I do understand it takes a fee days to fluf up but I thought it would be more stout than it is.
I bought another brand as well and they are the same way so I realized foam bags in general are not the way to go unless u pay out the ass.

Purchased as a gift and it was a hit. Everyone loved it.

Fombag came ahead of time! Shipping was fast! Quality seems great love the cover and the feeling of the foam. However I was expecting it to be a lot fuller! When I sit I sink down too low to the ground! I would like to add more foam but have not gotten a response from customer service via email. Order Date: 4-Sep-2021

I ordered fast delivery and my delivery date got pushed back 5 days. Never shopping again.
