Never received my order

I haven’t received my order from this company. They told me my order was out for delivery then it was held up in customs then their email was down oh and their bank account was hacked. Now they have decided to ignore my emails, calls and messages.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They appear very friendly to start with but clearly this is just a front. Avoid.

Disorganised & unprofessional

I don’t enjoy leaving this review - I don’t want to damage anyone’s business, everyone makes mistakes but the reward for patience and understanding can’t be repeated further requests for patience and understanding. And so here we are.
20+ emails, almost 3 months and I still don’t have the correct piece. Nice people, scatty and inaccurate responses though.
I have zero confidence in them being able to handle anything custom - I tried to order a piece but it took 6 emails to get an uppercase D changed to a lowercase one. When they couldn’t even get the off-the-shelf order correct I didn’t proceed with ordering the custom item.
Have raised a dispute with Mastercard as Fomo are uninterested in any fair resolution.
(I don’t believe a paltry 15% discount on future orders is fair resolution).
The amount of admin gone into managing this order is staggering. Having just bought a house I can confidently say I concluded that with less hassle.
I am curious to see what excuses they will provide here to justify this poor service and discredit my experience.
