Huge hidden fees. Hidden T&C. No fee information.
I used fondy mobile interface to make a donation in EUR. After completing donation I have received email with the confirmation which contained the original amount.
After reviewing the card statement I found that extra 20% fee was applied to the donation amount and deducted from the card.
I contacted customer support. The reply next day advised that currency exchange rate and fees were applied to the amount which were charged to my card and nothing can be done.
The fondy payment interface did not provide reference to the T&C, did not advise about additional fees, transaction confirmation did not contain any break down or information about additional fees applied.
