I have been using this shop for many years and I always have excellent service.
The owner is both kind and a technology genius!
I was in despair when I made a mistake with my iPhone which meant that I couldn’t receive or send any emails. Added to that I was expecting two very important emails that day!
He kindly and calmly sorted everything out for me for a minimal cost.
Forever grateful once again!

My iPhone was not charging properly but they cleaned out the Lightning socket and now all is well. They refused any payment, which amazed me. An excellent service.

Quick visit to check why my iPhone was unable to pick up WiFi - all sorted within 5mins at no charge - really lucky to have these guys on our high street - save yourself the trip to Apple and call in here first.

Phone not charging, popped in to fonecare to see if they could fix it. All sorted in under 5 mins and no charge. Thank you.

Went into fonehouse shop yesterday with a phone fault I was asked to leave it with them for a hour ,40 mins later we got a message to say it was ready to collect with fault found and repaired with a new app fitted phone is so much faster and greatly improved,thank you so much for a very efficient service highly recommend fonehouse,5star service

I had a problem with Mobile data connection from a phone I bought from them (good price, too!) which they worked hard to solve, only to find that the problem related to Vodafone rather than the phone. With their advice a got a new SIM from Vodafone, which solved the problem. Cost? Nil ! We are lucky to have such a service in the area.

I recently purchased a new car with apple play, after reading the instructions which accompanied the car, I realised I needed to connect my phone to the car via a USB cable. I had several cables to look through and couldn’t find a cable to fit in the phone. I had a cable that looked like it should fit but it didn’t. I decided to call into fone care in Heswall rather than trip over to Liverpool Apple shop. I took both the phone and the lead into the shop, and the lady examined both. It turned out that the hole were the lead plugs into the phone was blocked with fluff which had be compacted inside. The ladies colleague cleaned out the connection and the lead fitted perfectly. I don’t actually use a lead, I use a charging plate so was really surprised by the amount of fluff which was removed. The lady didn’t charge me, I was so pleased with the service I popped on here to review. Use local friendly honest business otherwise we will lose them, you may be surprised how excellent and competitive they are!

Email suddenly stopped working on my phone. I tried to fix it but was afraid of making matters worse. I called into fone.care on spec. The problem was resolved in minutes in a friendly and professional manner without making me feel like a technological idiot. I was very impressed.

We have taken three iPhones for repair recently and received great service each time. Would highly recommend this business.

They replaced my iPad screen. Messed the home button. No apology but after involved trading standards they refunded £50. Avoid these guys!

I would highly recommend fone.care, they have been in Heswall for a few years now and have always been helpful with a friendly service. Greg and Eva are the only people I’ve come across who do actually know what they’re talking about !

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Greg and Eva and a top repair to boot. Will both spend the time needed to walk you through what you need, a pleasure to deal with.

Professional, friendly and Greg the owner is an expert in phone repairs. They use quality replacement parts, offer data backups and restore and top of the range accessories. My phone now looks like it came out of the box and I bought the protective case and glass from fonecare to keep it prestige. I will return to buy a phone from fonecare in the near future.
