Avoid at all costs-I wish I would have read the reviews before. My package arrived empty so I have been chasing up with the retailer for almost 5 weeks-This retailer also contacted my place of work accusing me of theft (found me on socials and then my work!).
They are basically refusing to refund my item so I am not having to take them to court-Honestly don't order from them its been an absolute nightmare.
Don’t bother.
Ordered a series 6 Apple Watch. Used a student discount code which gave me £10 off. Got an email asking for proof that I was a student. Refused to accept my student card because it said visitor on it, whilst also saying student next to it. I study remotely from home due to being disabled. Explained the situation but refused to accept it and cancelled the order, all over £10!!!
Reading some of the reviews below, perhaps it was a blessing in disguise.
Use the ioutlet if you are looking for a better deal.

After leaving this review, I’ve now received an email informing me that the two iPads I bought from this company in January now have no warranty! Haha!

Having purchased a pristine iPad arrived, next day package well, the battery was half charged so all ok.
When I started using it the battery run down in about 1hour, recharged it and same thing happened.
Spoke to the guys and they suggested sending it back and they would look into it, around four days later it was delivered back to me, but it was just the same, so sent it back and they refunded me the money no questions.
I would certainly use these guys again

Please avoid at all costs extremely bad customer service would not dispatch order unless passport or driving licence sent across after money had been paid to them and cleared from bank never ever heard of this I think very dodgy indeed this was 3 days after placing order also condition as pristine don't be fooled had mo ey back thankfully but please beware.
This was not false credit at all it was paid by card online I have all transactions after 2 days no ipad but a text to ask for photo ID ? Called company asking why and implied it was policy now we all know that if your bank verifies a payment and it leaves your account all is fine your end why would you need photo ID in this dsy and age for a purchase that was not credit ?? It was red flags from there on and after I called to question you cancelled the order maybe not used to being questioned fir such an odd request and panicked who knows? All I want to do is warn people to avoid . We did pay more for an ipad from another store with a smooth transaction and a speedy delivery .

DO NOT BUY - FAILED TO HONOUR WARRANTY ON FAULTY DEVICE
I purchased a iPhone from fonestore.co.uk in late February 2022, all was great until the device developed a fault in late January 2023. Fortunatley, I looked and found that the device was still within its 12 month warranty period. Therefore, I phoned Fone Store directly and reported my issue. They then proceeded to tell me that the device only had a 3 month warranty from purchase despite the website clearly stating 'We offer a 12 month warranty with every tech item we sell'. I then emailed them as advised by the website (Warranty:fonestore.co.uk), the email was not responded to despite me following it up. I then proceded to report them to my payment provider and even when they tried to gain contact with Fone Store, they were ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Okay this could have been a 5 star review. However the package arrived with very little padding to help secure the interior of the device itself. The package also arrived with 0 power in it so to be used, I had to instantly put it on charge. The device may have been restored to factory restore settings but it seemed to already have the Home Screen on it without the need to sign in. Which takes the excitement out of purchasing a new device. Other than that, it powered on after a little charge, the delivery was subtle and quick, the parcel had no damage done to it and overall it was a pretty decent purchase. I’ll buy again if they can promise to package the device up better next time.

Beyond belief how incompetent this company is. How they have got good reviews is beyond me.
I ordered a phone, admittedly at short notice, for my grandson's birthday and upgraded and paid for next day UPS delivery as I was travelling the day after and Royal Mail were on strike.. I became aware on delivery day that it was not coming and when I checked the tracking it had been sent by Royal Mail despite my paying for UPS and despite the fact that RM was on strike. I called the company about 40 times and on one occasion got an answer and explained what had occurred. I was told it was still awaiting collection by Royal Mail and so I asked to cancel it as Royal Mail still had 3 days to go on strike. They agreed but a week later it arrived.
I tried to complain to them but no answer by phone, their chat only got from 5 to number 1 in the queue after 4 hours and it never got picked up.
I did a chargeback and emailed them
They did refund me and I cancelled the chargeback
They sent me a return label. That was great but it was by Royal Mail who were on strike again. I booked the collection which could not happen for 4 days.
In those 4 days my office received two phone calls threatening to charge my credit card as I had not returned it. They left a number to call them on but they never answered the phone once.
I emailed them and warned them off my credit card and told them it was booked but as they had sent me a Royal Mail collection label they would have to wait until Royal Mail came off the strike and collected it.
I can honestly say that I have never met such incompetence in my life
The phone was collected today and hopefully, that will be the end of it but with this bunch, anything could happen.

I received a request from TrustPilot to prove that I had dealings with the Fone Store which I provided.
Over the weekend of 17/18, The Fone Store left a one-star review on my company page. This shows the mentality of the staff there
Also over the weekend, TrustPilot sent me another email from a no-reply address asking for further information. When I click on the link to respond it said I had already provided it which I had a few days before when I go the first request.
On both occasions, they suggested that my review might be taken down if I don't respond.

I bought an IPAD 5th Generation from these people in 'pristine' condition. A problem occurred with the on/off button within 6 weeks of the purchase. The button has cracked despite being in a case since day one. I asked them for help in either refunding, replacing or repairing.
They said Apple would repair as it was still under warranty, however Apple won't repair a hardware issue. I asked them once again and received the rudest and most unhelpful reply - finishing with 'we will NOT accept it and we will not reply after this email'. !!! Yes the Touch ID is cracked but whatever the reason for their not helping they are extremely belligerent and rude. Not the way to get a recommendation - steer clear.
