Timely, efficient and great customer service.
I had visited a few apple retailers before to see about my repair and the customer service was terrible. They just weren’t interested in dealing with me. But Adam at Fonfix sorted it in no time.

I visited Fonfix Sandyford for the first time with an issue charging my brand new Samsung. Adam was fantastic! He saw me as a drop in, checked everything throughly and explained the process clearly. He explained i would need the port replaced and as it was Friday evening, he asked to make sure I'd be ok for the weekend. I dropped my phone off to him on Monday morning and he couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Adam put my mind as ease by explaining what would happen very clearly and made every accommodation to make sure I would be able to collect the phone around my working schedule. I received texts throughout the day and he called me to make sure I knew the phone was ready for collection. I could see Adam had several customers and was busy, yet he had a way of making you feel like you are the only customer that day. Highly recommend.

Had to bring my phone down for what I thought was charging port repair/replacement i was greeted by Adam who immediately checked my phone and now repair/ replacement needed all he had to do was clean out the charging port I had already paid for repair but as none needed he said he would organise a refund, I can only say about Adam he was very helpful and professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with, tks Adam review by Dave Harrington

Adam was brilliant, explained the process for repairing my phone. Dropped in at 8.30am and was fixed by 2.30pm. Amazing service.

I can’t commend Adam (who is the prime point of contact for Fonfix in Sandyford) highly enough for exceptional customer service. Dealing with stressed customers whose mobile phones aren’t working can’t be easy. But Adam is calm, thorough and reassuring and has a great communications style, calling customers by their first name and offering help them tips to get them back up and running. I would heartily recommend Fonfix and particularly Adam

I had a great experience with Fonfix when I needed urgent help with my new iPhone. Adam was incredibly friendly and comforting—exactly what I needed since I was quite frustrated and worried about my phone. Adam at the front desk was really transparent about how long my repair would take and I got it back in exactly how long he said it’d be.
Plugged in my ps5 there and it works perfectly.
He also gave me a 3 month warranty for anything that could go wrong and stuck to the price of 90€ for what I had fixed.
If any of my devices break again I’ll definitely be going back to fonfix, they’re the most professional and trustworthy place I’ve been.

Quick and easy to book online. Dropped the phone in 8am and was ready to collect by lunch time. Adam at the front desk was very helpful. Showed me how to secure the phone with repair mode so all my files and data was safe. Great experience all round
