Purchased a book after seeing an advertisement on line. Became concerned when after 3 weeks it had not arrived. Contacted the company using its online form asking for an update on the book, automated reply saying some would respond. No further contact online.
Googled a phone number which they don’t advertise on the contact info.

Rang on 3 occasions and spoke with a gentleman who came across as indifferent and promised to call back with an update. My final call was to ask for a refund. On the whole a poor attitude to customer service electronically and when speaking on the phone. I certainly won’t make another purchase from this vendor.
