Banned useless support

bought a small amount of gold (90m osrs) and less than 12 hours later all the gold was removed and my account was banned, I figured with the ban being so fast that Jagex may have been watching their trade account so I sent them a message explaining what happened.
I explicitly stated that I was not asking for a refund just simply warning them that they should probably stop using the account they used to trade me because if Jagex is watching it then a lot more people will be banned and all support had to say was "Sorry to hear about it, but nothing we can do about it" then asked if there was anything else I wanted help with and closed the ticket.
