What a great experience - this is legit
What a great experience. I found some running shoes only available in the EU (the Berlin Edition Adidas Adistar 3) and took a chance on this site after reading other Trustpilot customer experiences. The web address looked a bit sketch, which is why I double checked them out, but turns out they just got a good (if not generic) web domain.
I have to say, they totally came through. The shoes were shipped next day from France and showed up to me in the U.S. by FedEx Worldwide 2 days later. They were professionally packaged and exactly what I ordered.
What a fantastic shopping experience - I would absolutely buy from them again!

Excellent experience overall!
Never heard of this company. I simply needed a particular pair of shorts for my son. I honestly thought it would take weeks to arrive. I can’t believe how quickly we received our package. Everything was TOP quality from easy checkout, the actual shorts, to speed of shipment & zero damage to package. BRAVO! Mind you I ordered from another company same day a soccer kit & it still hasn’t arrived & no way of contacting them, came from UK as well. I’ll stick with Foot Store! I have never done a review in my life, but you guys deserved one. Thanks so much.

I was nervous about ordering the Barcelona hoodie for our grandson. I could not find one in the US. It was less expensive but I thought I would give it a try. It was perfect! Shipping was quick. My 16 year old Grandson was so excited.

Unresponsive and pathetic shipping arrangement
Ordered just one soccer jersey for shipping to the US on December 2, 2024. The delivery just took forever. They claimed the shipping was made on the next day (Dec 3), but the ordered item didn't arrive until Dec 14. I tried to email them to follow up on Dec 13 but only got the reply four days after (Dec 17).

Surprisingly worth it
First time ordering from this website and at first I thought it was one of those cheap/fake websites. Turns out it wasn't. I ordered a Nike Barcelona tech fleece hoodie and to my surprise it came in with no problems at all. Shipping was quick as mentioned in the website. 5/5 will order again.

Late delivery for Christmas, ordered 29/11/2024
I ordered some kits on 29/11. My account says they were shipping but the tracking numbers say they are awaiting the order. The phone numbers are not working and one of them leaves a French answering message, so I have no idea what it says.
I hope someone from this company sees my message and gets in touch urgently or I'll have two very disappointed boys on Christmas morning :(
