It's a scam I had ordered a jersey and I still haven't received it yet it has been 10 days and i bought this with my father's hard earned money got scammed no response on customer service not a email or anything please be careful never ever order from this site

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Based on my experience, Football Monk is an unreliable and untrustworthy company that you should avoid at all costs. They have caused me significant frustration, wasted my time, and are essentially holding my money without providing the goods or a prompt refund.

I have now been forced to escalate this matter to consumer protection agencies and my bank to recover my funds. Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the potential loss of money – SHOP ELSEWHERE. Football Monk's business practices are a disgrace, and they do not deserve your patronage. This company is a prime example of how NOT to run an online business. You have been warned.

Their refund management is absolutely diabolical
I ordered an AC Milan jersey 2 months ago and waited for nearly 3 weeks. When I contacted them, they said that it was "unfortunately" Out of stock and they would initiate the refund process soon. Fast forward 2 months later, they stopped responding to emails a bit earlier but now they've started responding to them and are just copy pasting and saying "don't worry you will receive your refund soon. "
Have contacted National Consumer Helpline, but I cannot see any progress, but then also, I don't know what goes on behind the scenes.

Order from this website at your own risk. They have got many jerseys out of stock but are not displaying it and will spin you around for getting a refund like me.

I would suggest nobody to buy from them. I ordered a RM jersey from them, both the design and size were different and when I tried to contact them for replacement there was no response from their side, all I did was loose 1000rs. :)

never buy anything from this site they take your m oney and scam you by saying they will refund your money but they never did always copy paste same reply on mail and never do anything its a scam guys beware and reort this asap.I odered a jerdey an year ago and still they didnt refunded my money its a scam

If I could, I would give a 0-star rating. I ordered a Germany jersey and received a faulty product—the team's logo is misaligned. I contacted them via email, and they requested images, which I sent. It has been 2 weeks with multiple follow-ups, yet I have received no response. Avoid buying from such unreliable websites.

I would give a 0 start if it allowed. One order has not been delivered for 8 months and for the other a wrong product was deliver. Never order from this website. Frauds!!

Ordered 3 Jerseys by looking at the reviews of the website, which is the only mistake i did. and the result was too frusting for me. I have received a confirmation mail and shipment details thereon .but Since there the movement of goods does not take place. and made a complaint mail for it and there upon 2 shipment details were received. later on after around 10 days of weight received a jersey which is better decent and again since no movement in the goods of other 2 jerseys complaint mailed as been send. and finaly after another 7 days , the remaining 2 jerseys were delivered to me. Ordered 2 jerseys were actually XL sized one with Name and Jersey No. of Brazil away jersey of 2022 Fifa WC but received one was Brazil away kit with S Sized and No Discription on the back side of the jersey and Similary, another one ordered was England Orange away kit but received Man Utd away with kit . This shows that the website under the name of Clearnance sale delivery the goods which was not on the description what we have ordered but that what left out with them and also instead of delivering it on time , they make us wait ,which will mentally make us feel that instead of loosing the whole money something alternative is been delivered. Dont fall on those Traps (FOOTBALL MONK) is the SCAM for sure . Will Definitely gona file a consumer complaint...

Ordered a jersey on November 20,2024 and haven't received it yet. Neither did I receive any mail from their side. Even after mailing them thrice got no response. Please stay away from these scammers.

I have ordered grey RM jacket but they sent the white one, now they dont have any customer support expect their email, in which they dont reply.
Hence avoid this.

Placed an order for a L size jersey but received M size. Tried reaching out on their email multiple times and haven't received any response.

Bigtime scammers. Never place any prepaid order. I placed prepaid order for 2 tshirts and never got it. They don't have any contact number where you can contact and you don't get any reply on their email id so basically a site just created to loot the people.

In September 2023 I ordered a jersey
( COD ), got it delivered in a week so it was a good decision to buy from footbalMonk and then I ordered another jersey ( a customised one so it was a prepaid order ) on 9 November 2024 didn’t get any update for next 10 days on 20 November I got update about the dispatched item and then after a week I got my order delivered on 26. So I wont say they are scammers but really unprofessional because there’s no contact number provided and they didn’t even respond to the email they have provided. In the I would say I got my both products so not a scammer to me but unprofessionals definitely !

do not ever buy a jersey or any product from football monk they are a bunch of scammers. I ordered a Manchester United Black WindBreaker 24-25 jacket from football monk (order number 213458) on december 9th 2024. my order was said to have been delayed due to the product being out of stock. the customer support was responsive for the first few days saying my order will be delivered but it’ll be a week late. After waiting for 10 days i emailed but i havent heard back from them at all. its been more than 20 days. my order was prepaid online through GPay ( value Rs. 1999 ) and that was probably my biggest mistake. Their site doesnt have a phone number provided to contact them. They are a group of complete scammers. I had ordered a jersey from them last year and they completed that order though it was COD. I have seen countless posts from others about football monk not completing their prepaid orders. They are most definitely scammers and i recommend you never buy anything from them.

Terrible experience. Had placed an order for 3 jerseys. The package came much later than it was to with just 1 jersey. Emailed them, filled the contact form on their website but to no response. This is the second time only part of the order was sent. The first time due to family emergency couldn't follow up. But this time going to consumer court.

I've ordered a jersey from football monk recently. I ordered a jersey of L size but received S size instead. Now I am continuously trying to contact them but there is no response. I request everyone reading this article to not to order from this trash website. They are literally scammers.

Shady business. I ordered online for 2 jerseys. Selected Cash on Delivery because of the poor reviews and how thankful I am for that. A 21 Nov order was delivered on 2 Dec BUT instead of 2 jerseys, the package contained only one. Thankfully, I opened it before paying. The delivery guy expected me to pay for both. He said he cant take back an opened packet. I showed him the invoice and he made a call to his superior and took it back.

Dont think this is a mistake, it looks like deliberate action to cheat.
