I ordered a men’s short set on the 16th…

I ordered a men’s short set on the 16th March , I received a receipt and the money £39 has been taken from my bank account. I have had no other information on my order no delivery or tracking number, I downloaded shop to track my order and there is no update, I have emailed 3 times with no response, I have messaged on instagram only to have someone say sorry and we will get back to you now they ignore my messages .
Is this a scam site ???
You have taken my money and will not answer any email sent .

Worst experience ever product never…

Worst experience ever product never arrived after paying shipping protection customer service lacks any information and they use untrustworthy shipping services
I would definitely not order from here if you’re actually wanting to receive your packages
