Website says you’ll get tickets 3-4 days before the game. I emailed them multiple times and tried to use their website chat bot with zero answer. Once I was able to get in touch with them (the day before the game) they sent me tickets and didn’t address why I was ignored multiple times by there team. zero accountability.

Fake tickets, I had paid and planned to watch the Wolverhampton Vs Arsenal game for many months. We were emailed the tickets and tried to get in, only to be told we had been scammed and the tickets were fake! We spent so much on transport and hotels, not to mention the devastating blow of rejection at ticket office. We were treated like criminals through no fault of our own. The refund for the tickets won't even scratch through surface for regarding the cost of our trip. I feel let down, it's not worth taking a risk with this website - I can imagine this will happen again.

The ticket reseller was very nice and helpful, outlining step by step processes of how to get the tickets on my phone and where to use them. He checked in before the game to ensure everything was going smoothly. Great customer service!

This is the first time in my life I've watched an English Premier League match live. The atmosphere at the stadium is totally different from watching it on TV, and I'm already looking forward to the next time.

They sent me the wrong ticket!!! After little communication and a lot of emails sent from me to them they finally sent me my ticket just to find out that the £148 I payed for an away ticket was changed into a West Ham home ticket which was valued at £40

I bought football match tickets from this website and selected mobile tickets. The site showed that the tickets were “on the way”, so I expected to receive them digitally on my phone before the match.

Instead, an unknown person contacted my father on WhatsApp and told us we had to meet him outside the stadium to get the tickets. This felt very unprofessional and unsafe. At first, we honestly thought it might be a scam.

The day before the match, we still had not received any tickets, and we had no idea if we would even get into the stadium. We had to travel to the match without having any tickets in hand and just hope that the person would actually show up.

When we arrived, he asked us to wait even longer, which made the situation extremely stressful. I was very worried and close to panicking because we had paid a lot of money and still had nothing we could show at the entrance.

In the end, the person did show up and we had to use his phone to access the tickets and enter the stadium. The tickets worked, and we did get in, but the whole experience felt very risky, disorganized, and unprofessional.

This is not what “mobile ticket delivery” should look like. Even though we eventually got in, the stress and uncertainty were unacceptable. I would not feel comfortable using this website again and I think other buyers should be very careful.
