Worst Customer Service and Unfair Charges – Avoid Footish!
I am extremely dissatisfied with Footish and their terrible customer service. I returned a product in good condition, but they charged me a ridiculous 300 SEK fee just for taping the box! The tape was only used to secure the item and protect it during transit — something that should have been obvious and accepted.
Not only did they impose this unreasonable charge without clear warning, but their customer service is practically impossible to reach. I’ve received nothing but auto-replies, and my concerns have been completely ignored.
To make matters worse, I reordered the same product in a different size, showing my loyalty to the brand, yet this was completely overlooked. Footish has a low 3.8 rating on Google for a reason — clearly, they don’t value their customers or their feedback.
I will never shop here again and would advise others to be cautious. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Hi.
The extra fees are because the box was broken and cannot be resold. We don't want to charge a fee, but to reduce waste we are forced to take a fee..We write on the website and also have pictures of how the package cannot be sent back and that we also include a note in the package with pictures with text explaining that if you tape the box, we will charge a fee. This fee is because we cannot sell the shoes to anyone else as the new customer does not want a broken box. Hi Ruben, we can't see any order placed by you on our site. We only have official products that are shipped directly from the brands we have on the site. So no we don't have any counterfeit products.
Buggy website and cheeky and unprofessional customer service
My recent encounter with footish.se was nothing short of frustrating. The website's buggy interface made navigation a nightmare. I selected my shoe size, but the default size was added, resulting in receiving the wrong size upon delivery. I replicated the issue after receiving the pair of shoes and noticed that every other attempt resulted in the wrong/default size being added. I addressed it with Customer Service, but that experience was equally disappointing, displaying a cheeky and unprofessional attitude when addressing the sizing issue.
Adding to the woes, the company charges an exorbitant 10 EUR for shipping and expects customers to pay an additional 10 EUR for returns. In today's market, this outdated approach to fees is unacceptable. It's a total rip-off for the customer.
I have returned the shoes and hope to get my money back.
In summary, steer clear of footish.se. Their buggy website, sizing issues, poor customer service, and expensive shipping make it a bad choice. Opt for a more contemporary and competitive online shoe retailer for a better shopping experience. It's a never-again for me.
