Lack of Competition in Canada

Don't have many retailer in Canada sell Jordans or other high end. Being a customer since 2017 about 10 purchases. It's meh, not good selection, unresponsive customer support.

Terrible

The staff in the store don't know the instructions. Online support is extremely rude! Terrible. This was my first and last purchase from here. I will never buy anything from this disgusting store again.

Worst online raffle

Footlocker canada got the worst raffle program on their vip app. Every time you go for a raffle you are not selected. Its not only me but my friends feel same. Seems like its not even a raffle because one of their employees has told me that same people come to get the reservation most of the time which clearly proves something is not right. So never go for raffle on footlocker because you will always be unlucky which is the most frustrating experience.

Footlocker.ca should receive an award for Canada’s worst company of 2020

Footlocker.ca has to have the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Hour long wait times to connect with someone via phone. Weeks to connect with representatives via email. When you are finally connected with a representative, they will not take responsibility for any mistakes they may or may not have made. Their representatives have been trained to bullsh*t their way out of any wrong-doing on their part. This company cannot handle inventory and I was told to not order in bulk because their warehouse cannot handle high volume purchases. One representative actually left me a message saying they won’t be helping me with my case because I have been deemed as a “re-seller”. Thus basically informing me that they can get away with fraud because they don’t work with re-sellers. Credit card authorizations will expire and reappear with adjusted quantities and purchase totals. Often times items will be listed as in stock and when said item is purchased, they will inform you that said item is no longer in stock thus putting your money in limbo for a few days or even weeks depending on your form of payment. Meanwhile said item will still appear on their site being listed as in stock for more people to make the same mistake. I’ve said a few times that you could hire a couple of kids from your local community college that could design a better, more function-able website. How this company can be so big and successful with the complete garbage customer service they provide is beyond me. I guess when you have companies like Nike and Jordan supporting you, you can get away with it. One of my recent orders was completely butchered by whoever is handling their inventory. I ordered 24 pairs of the Nike Air Jordan 13 Soar Green/Pink/White GS Sizes 6 & 7. I received 17 pairs but I am still missing 7 pairs. I spoke with a representative on the phone and one pair was refunded to me because the store who sent the item confirmed that said order wasn’t fulfilled correctly. This is a big point in my case because it proves that mistakes can and will happen. From what I’ve gathered from this whole situation is that these orders were adjusted and with very poor judgment. Confirmation of shipment emails were sent with certain quantities listed in the shipment. When shipment(s) arrived at my residence, the number of items contained in the shipments did not correspond with their respective email totals. I have tried over and over and have spent hours of my time trying to fix this issue. I have received nothing but negligence from every customer service representative I’ve spoken with. Sometimes even being hung up on after waiting hours to actually speak with someone. Every representative I’ve spoken with has tried to twist and manipulate this case in their (footlocker’s) favor, always pointing the finger at me as if I’m the one at fault. I have filed a chargeback with my credit card provider and will stop at nothing until I get my refund from these scammers. Footlocker commits fraud on the daily and everyone knows about it (read their social media posts which are littered with thousands of people complaining of similar incidences). Read their trust pilot and better business bureau reviews and you’ll see I’m not the only one with problems dealing with footlocker.

Customer service is so bad!!!

Gave 2 stars only because I didn't have any issues with ordering and receiving my items. I called to ask about my platinum status because the purchase points were not reflecting on the website and I got transferred 5 times!!! Mind you, every transfer took like 45min of waiting and ended up useless. What type of customer service is this???

Footlocker Canada site is complete…

Footlocker Canada site is complete garbage if you need/want big sizes for clothes and shoes. For example I take a size 15 shoe, the American site for Jordans alone has 49 pairs last time i checked which was Sunday March 8, 2020. The Canadian site just 3 pairs of shoes period none of which were a Jordan Brand or Nike. Now clothing the American site goes to 4XL, Canadian 2XL. This is complete nonsence.
