I got a bit unsure about ordering after…

I got a bit unsure about ordering after reading all the reviews. But, I decided to go ahead since they were the only one with the model I was looking for.
Ordered over the weekend and had the shoes by Wednesday.

Worst online customer service ever,I…

Worst online customer service ever,I returned some Faulty trainers first they claimed they weren't received and didn't use Hermes as a courier despite sending them proof. Then said they weren't accepting return as outside 28 days and trainers would be returned to me, despite claiming they never received them. I dealt with Jasper who kept contradicting himself. I had to quote them the law on consumer rights and demand they escalate case to a manager which Jasper kept ignoring. When I quoted my legal rights and threatened legal action as well as going to national press,surprise surprise a supervisor got my order refunded.
Do not shop with this company online there store staff are lovely but worst company ever online to deal with. I certainly won't recommend them after my ordeal.

Footlocker won’t refund !
Ordered some shoes on footlocker. Money got deducted immediately but got no confirmation email or order number. Spent 3 months with support trying to get a refund with no success. Guess foot locker are in the money stealing business now. Terrible online service. Avoid !

5 months...no refund...#footlockereurope #ineptcustomerservice

I purchased runners as a Christmas present for my son on November 18th 2020. I was subsequently informed they were not available. Nearly 5 months and 21 emails later I am still awaiting my refund!!! I have been asked to PROVE that I did not receive my refund! They keep calling me by the wrong name, stating I received my refund for the incorrect amount and for the incorrect runners. I have provided documentary evidence that I have not received the refund and still no response. I asked them to escalate my query to a complaint and 5 days later I have heard nothing! In fact they annoyingly keep returning a copy of the emails I have sent. This has happened the last 4 times I have emailed them. Footlocker Europe your customer service is completely inept and dishonest. You clearly try to grind the customer into submission. I won't give up! Don't buy from this shower of crooks!

0 stars shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Sent me a dirty hoodie which I paid £65 and expects me to just reorder at my own expense. They advised me to return dirty one which takes 14 days to reach their warehouse then a further 10 days to be refunded. Why should I have to pay another £65 to replace a hoodie they sent to me dirty! Absolutely disgusting will never order again!

This company has gone beyond a joke

This company has gone beyond a joke! I ordered a pair of Nike Air Jordan 1 Mid Red / Black and was expecting the order before my friends birthday as it was a gift. I contacted customer services as I was worried where it could be to find out apparently it has been delivered and signed by myself! Which is impossible because I was at work. I must mention too tracking stated the day the parcel went missing it states I wasn’t receiving it that day but somehow two hours after that alert it was signed for?!! How is this possible! I am money out of pocket with a still yet reply from yourself with the ongoing investigation and a person has missed a birthday gift!

Disgusting customer service

Shocking company. I returned a pair of trainers in January that were faulty. I recieved an email promising a full refund on 5th February. I have not recieved a penny. Since then i have contacted them numerous times only to be lied to.
They have not had the courtesy to apologise to me or give me any update. I will never make the mistake of buying from Footlocker again! I didn't want to give any stars but im forced to give one..... they dont deserve that!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!
I brought 2 pairs of timberland boots in their sale. 1 was ok, but the other I had two different boots slightly different colour and size I couldn’t believe it, I had waited so long to even have a reason to get them out of the box. 😡 I contacted them for them to finally say I could return them for a refund an then I could buy another pair (at full price)Joke
But in the mean time I come on here an never seen such bad reviews about a company so bit hesitant about sending them back and having no odd boots an no refund, and they will probably sell them on!!! I am going to take it up with trading standards!!
I WONT SHOP HERE AGAIN! AND IF I WERE YOU I WOULDN'T TOO!

Next day delivery and well packaged

Order Air Jordan hoodie from footlocker, arrived next day with standard delivery, well packaged in box and then plastic. Size was too large for what I normally get but thats down to Nike not footlocker. would recommend

Possible the worst customer service…

Possible the worst customer service I've received.. after my order never arrived , I got nothing but an investigation off these guys, been passed from one person to the next that lasted over two months. I was made write out a form and to check with all my neighbors before I got a refund.. unbelievable place will definitely never come back

Shocking service

Do not use FootLocker. Totally inept!!
Ordered 2 pairs of trainers for my kids for Christmas, they arrived beginning of December. One box contained one shoe, I have logged a complaint twice and absolutely nothing back as to tell me what is happening. I have had no money returned and find it baffling I cannot speak to a human. When I emailed again, I get a response back to not keep emailing!! I will be taking to trading standards!! Shocking service and looks like I’m not the only one!!
They don’t deserve the one star for the review. Awful!!

Will never buy from them again

Will never buy from them again. First the trainers took a month to arrive then they took another 3 weeks to give me my money back. Sent multiple messages to customer service they ignored them.

FRAUD

I will never shop at Foot Locker again, nor online or in store. Ordered a pair of shoes on the 9th of December for a Christmas present. NEVER RECEIVED THE SHOES BUT OF COURSE THEY KEPT THE MONEY. Their useless Customer Service told me the package was lost by the courier (who cares? It's your problem, not mine) and that they had to check. Then they disappeared. I asked to have the refund while they were investigating with the courier because I had no interest in receiving the parcel after 2 months. Still I haven't received my refund. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Order Lost

I ordered two pieces of clothing that were on discount in Footlocker.

Both had delivery problems. One was stuck at their shipping center, I had to spend my time to communicate with UPS to have it delivered to a pick up point.

The other item got completely lost. No update. No notifications. I had to chase customer service, to find out the item "couldn't be delivered" (they didn't even try). Apparently they are sending me a refund. I hope so...

Very poor service, and I'm disappointed that I was waiting for a great jordan vest I purchased for over 2 weeks, for no reason.
