I placed a order this had been delivered else where I had contacted customer support they advised they would give a refund they asked me to to complete a form whitch I did they kept saying it was completed incorrect they made me send this back and forth in the end they changed there mind and siad they will not give me a refund. I have now not received my item and waisted over £200 ponds I would avoid unless you want to be robbed

Over Christmas 2023 on the 23rd of December
Visiting family for Christmas we went to Foot Locker as we wanted to buy voucher cards as to give as Christmas presents - 180 euros in total. It was clear the staff were inexperienced at issuing voucher cards. After Christmas my family members went to redeem the vouchers and were given several excuses for why the vouchers didn't work. In meanwhile we were back in the UK and misplaced the receipt. After a few emails back and forward with Joao C. (Foot Locker Europe) he refused to verify our claim and "closed the case". This is thievery, 180 euros. There will be 180 euros in excess on the accounts for that day and surely security footage over the till which confirms our purchase and we still have the vouchers.
DON'T BUY FROM FOOT LOCKER specially in Porto - Santa Catarina , thieves.

Bought converse from my daughter to her mum for Xmas,
-Was told coming wed stayed in didn’t arrive
- Friday was told was delivered no one at address as at work, no parcel when home.
- contacted foot locker told them this is gift so needs sorting asap got basic computer replies back
- delivery company came on Monday to put slip on door and no parcel as they didn’t do it the Friday they claimed to deliver it

It took about 5 attempts for my payment to go through after getting continued errors. The box arrived damaged and sellotaped so was obviously damaged before it was sent but they didn’t care enough to change it.

Shockingly bad. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from them. I ordered UGG boots for my daughter's main Xmas present. They have sent me a pair of men's Converse boots. I've sent 5 messages to the customer care team, and so far have been told "Sorry we sent you the wrong size, send it back for a refund. We don't have the size you want". I don't want a refund or the Converse in a different size. I want the item I have paid for. I can see from the footlocker website that the UGG boots have sold out, so I need to cut my losses, return the items I didn't ask for and hope they refund the money I've paid asap. I do a lot of online shopping and this is the worst service I have ever experienced. Apparently Footlocker is worth $2.7 billion. They should spend some of that on increasing the number of staff they have in the warehouse and on the helpdesk, train them up and pay them properly. I'll never buy from this company again and will warn everyone I know about them. Absolute disgrace

I ordered on Thursday morning and decided to read the reviews afterwards as I didn’t get a confirmation email straight away, I was expecting a really really bad experience with footlocker Europe and thought they wouldn’t arrive, email did take a few hours to come followed a few mins later with a email from dhl saying they had my parcel, and they was delivered the next day,5⭐️, excellent service with footlocker Europe

Never got my order. Said it was dispatched just never ever came. Don’t even think they stock half of what they say. Not sure why but seems to be a lot of the same thing. People just not getting stuff then being told it out of stock. DHL never ever got my parcel. Tracking still states parcel not received
Refund process not reliable/accurate!!!
1. Delivery address not checked, allowed me to place order with incomplete address. Result, had to get package re-delivered to drop off point.
2. Returned 2 x pairs of shoes. Refund only received for one pair.
3. Cannot find a number to speak to customer services to discuss. Have gone round in circles with a bot. They sent me an email with summary of the chat, but with no further information.

I ordered from the website with a discount but was subsequently charged the full amount even though the total that I was paying for displayed the total including the discount. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt by ordering again but the same issue happened again. I’m very disappointed as their policy cannot issue partial refunds which would have resolved this issue. Please be aware of this when placing future orders. The company policy needs to be challenged and reported to affect change.
