I would avoid Foot Patrol as no good received and impossible to contact
I ordered a pair of Salomon xt-6 expanse sunday night. Monday when I tried tracking my package their site told me that there was something wrong with my order. I rushed to email their customer service who quickly responded telling me that my order hadn't left their store yet. A little week later, on friday I received my shoes. Good service, quick response and nice shoes!! Would recommend!
Got this from them. After months in transit they acknowledge having received goods on 9th may 22. Since then I have contacted them 3 {three}) times to get my refund. Getting som bs answers tha they will process withing days/weeks/hours... Its a scam. Don't wasrw your money....

Ordered via Instagram but needed to return as found cheaper with Nike. Been passed between customer service reps who can’t help me. All I want to do is return but nobody knows how if I purchased through foot patrols Instagram. Been trying for a month without luck. Terrible service. Absolute joke of a company
