I ordered a football shirt that was too small for me when arrived. Not their or my fault- my usual size, so obviously manufactured smaller than usual. When contacting them to ask how to return, not only have they ordered me the next size up, same day, but told me that I don’t need to return the smaller one. Exceptional service.

Great online store! Although not a French speaking person I was able to place an order and receive it as planned in Greece. The set is of a very good quality and the extra patch was placed as we asked. I would honestly give 5 stars to the Foot Soccer Pro store and team, if only the site was not only in French which kind of cost us the matching socks which never came as I had to tick an extra box to order them and I did not understand that.

I have used this site a number of times to purchase kits for my three boys. The range and quality is excellent, and the price is very good. I have used alot of different online websites to purchase replica kits but I trust this site the most and will definately continue to use them.

I ve bought two jerseys of Portugal 🇵🇹, one last year and one this year.
The jerseys were authentic and of good quality! The only downside is that you have to wait a month or so.

Item hasn't arrived
There has been no update since 14th June - 307313

Orderer 3 weeks ago from the Netherlands. 10 days ago I contacted the company as I still hadn't had any shipping info. At that point I got a reply that my item was shipped and received a DHL tracking code. since then, the tracking on DHL website has not moved. In the seler webpage integrated function it does show movement but the information seems made up as the airport codes and other locations do not correspond to anything generally known by google. I resent an email to customer support a couple of days ago but have not had any answer. I wonder if the page is legit.
Update 1/7/2025: I just received my order. The quality looks great and it corresponds to what I ordered. It did took a long time to get here, but got just on time before my daughter's birthday on Thursday. After my previous review, the company did contacted me to remind me that their delivery policy stipulated up to 21 working days delivery times. The package was delivered by DHL, but their webpage only got updated once the package was in The Netherlands.I have thus reviewed my rating.

( Mrs. Sandra ) They say that , they will help me out to change delivery adress for the order numbers ; 307612 and 307624 respectively.
However ; since I sent several emails to the contact-pro@ , I am still waiting for an update , I hope finally they will fix the problem !
