The company responded to questions helpfully and promptly. I chose to use my own fabric which needed fire retardant treatment and they kept me informed re progress through this and the manufacturing process .

I personally would have liked a bit more of an update on delivery etc it said 2 to 4 weeks , I think it was 4-5 in the end which was absolutely fine but I would’ve liked a bit more of an update along the way. Definitely not a complaint as I can’t fault anything more a constructive criticism.

Excellent customer service and premium products. The fact that you can order fabric samples is so useful. We had some cushions made - they look stunning and have completely transformed our sofa. Highly recommend this company.

I ordered a bespoke footstool which I received yesterday. First, it is perfect in size, colour, construction and quality. Thank you - I am delighted with the end result.
