ordered two pairs of sandals, and got an extremely cheap pair of sunglasses from China. Do Not buy from this site. SCAM. None of the emails are to people all mailer demon.

As many other ones, also I placed an order to this "company", when I found their web-shop.
I made a payment on the same day via PayPal, and the payment went to the seller. After that I never heard about that company. I was trying to contact them by "contact us"- blank, e-mail I found from website and order confirmation they sent etc. Obviously I haven't been received any kinds of delivery from them.
Now I try to get back my money fron PayPal.

I placed and paid for an order for Merrell Jacardia Port sandals at Footwear Ark. Now after almost 5 months still have not received my order. I too contacted them twice with zero response. This does not appear to be a trustworthy company and I cannot recommend them at all. Scam?

If there was a zero or negative star option I would have used it. I placed an order on Footwearark, and paid by PayPal (thankfully). FWA duly acknowledged the order but that was the last I ever heard from them. I never received the shoes, needless to say. I sent them two messages asking about my order - no reply. PayPal was able to organise a refund.
Moral - do not trust Footwearark!! Scamsters!

Why isn't there a possibility to give negative stars?

I wish I had found this site before I ordered from this company. I found shoes there that I've been searching for, and paid through PayPal. I ordered on 03Jan18 and received 2 emails from the company on that day & an email from PayPal to say the money was set aside for them.

The money was taken from PayPal on 25Jan18, after I started sending emails to query where my shoes were. 2 of the email addresses just bounce, one seems to send an email & the "contact us" area goes through, but I haven't had any answers at all.

I am about to contact PayPal and let them know that this is a scam & I want them to get my money back.

But too soon old, too late smart. We ordered from them and as everyone else has said we got nothing. Trying to get the credit card company to give the refund.

I had the SAME experience that someone posted on from May of this year which is why used her comments... EXACTLY the same. They have Sanuk Scribbles for sale on their site. Out of stock about 7 years now but they advertised they had them. My money was held hostage over 6 weeks with no updates. All emails listed on their account are invalid. I finally had to contact my CC company to dispute for a refund.

Ordered shoes five months ago. Nothing has come. They do not reply to emails it's a complete scam

When researched, the website is owned by a Chinese based concern. It is unrealistic that all of these shoe styles are stocked in China. More probably, any shipped (if any actually are) may be counterfeit. So far, our emails to the contact emails have gone without reply - the $100 US transaction is being disputed via PayPal. Do NOT deal with this website!!! It is a scam.

ordered two pairs of shoes!!! Never received... I had a gut feeling 20 minutes after I placed the order. Called visa... they had already authorized payment ... I emailed the company twice a day for two weeks.... just to keep on top of them! they even gave me a tracking # & said parcel was enroute.. got excited! went to pick up parcel today ... inside little bag was a pair of cheap knock off ray ban sunglasses worth about twenty five cents!!! They do this to tag you along, as customers only have so much time to file a claim.... CROOKS!!! from CHINA!!!

I ordered a pair of sandals. I never heard from the Company, though I wrote Them several times, and asked for my order. Of course I never got my sandals. Lucky, that PayPall helped me get my money back!
