Ordered a football shirt as a Xmas present for my son on 5 Dec.

Received order dispatch email on 12 Dec with tracking number, which advises Royal Mail are still waiting to receive the item despite it being dispatched on 7 Dec!

Not replying to my emails and no answers given. Will be requesting a refund via my card issuer.

Avoid.

Took slightly longer than stated delivery times but guess one has to cut them some slack due to Mail strikes causing delays.
To be fair they always responded to my emails within a day or two and did assure me it would arrive and when it did it was exactly as pictured on their website and the quality is good and exactly as one would expect from a replica as opposed to a manufacturers original shirt. The sizing was also accurate.
All in all I’d have to say I was pleasantly surprised as like others I was very sceptical once I read the reviews of those who have reviewed on here .

Scam took payment it says they have sent to Royal Mail on the 9th still Royal Mail have not received tried emailing with no response

Would give no stars if I could.
A complete scam.
We need to shut this company down and the owners need to face police action.

Haven’t even received my order yet.. I will post an update if order arrives. However being the first Christmas gift I Purchased in early November, you would expect it to be the first to arrive. However with less than a week before Christmas there is still no show. Very very very disappointed with the lack of customer help and assurance that my order is on the way. Awful experience, I doubt I’ll ever be using again 👍🏼

I ordered a football shirt for my Grandson for Christmas. First of all they charged me twice. I have sent several emails since end of November no response whatsoever! Their tracking number with Royal Mail says they have despatched to Royal Mail on 7th Dec but RM never received it. My credit card company have cancelled one payment but still awaiting to hear about second payment or even the shirt arriving. Not a company I would ever deal with again 😬.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, ORDERED ON 21ST NOVEMBER, ITEM NEVER ARRIVED, SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS, KEPT BEING TOLD ON ITS WAY, TOLD ME AFTER 9+ EMAILS A REFUND WOULD BE ISSUED, NOTHING HAS BEEN REFUNDED OR SENT. SCAMMMERS.

Never ordering again from this company….ordered a top 4 weeks ago and still nothing and being fobbed off.

As others have noted, the company implies that they are UK based. Being open and honest about the country of origin would have gone a long way with regard to patience with delivery times. The shirt has arrived, perhaps a touch thinner than I would have liked for the price, but by ordering one size up, it's a good fit. Happy with the shirt overall.

Had to wait 3 weeks for order and after reading bad reviews on TP was worried, however football shirt Arrived today, good quality and very happy with it. Royal Mail strikes may be having impact on delivery times or maybe staffing issues but hopefully things will improve

I have been looking for a very long time for my most favourite retro Arsenal football shirt 1990-1992.
I saw one on this website footyclassics and was really pleased to see it was a good price with free delivery.
I very excitedly ordered the shirt at the end of November and looked forward to receiving the shirt.
The shirt arrived just over 3 weeks after ordering it and it is great!
I had a few emails during the 3 weeks telling me where the parcel was so I knew it was all in progress.
I have seen other reviews and they did concern me, however, I have to say that I have not had a bad experience of this company.
I am sorry that others appear to have not had such a good experience ,but I am just really happy to have a shirt that means a lot to me and at a really good price.
The quality of the shirt appears fine.
I think as a word of advice to the company I would suggest they make it clearer that the shirts are likely to take between 2 to 3 weeks to arrive, this would help manage customers expectations.
I was prepared to be patient and wait for my shirt because I have been looking for a long time and I struggled to find one at this price.....Good things come to those who wait.

The same as all other reviews. Still waiting for a shirt ordered 3 weeks ago. Tried to contact for a refund , no joy. Stay away- they’ve packed up and most probably left the country.

Just stay away from them. I ordered a shirt a month ago and they basically don’t ship it. They should be sued.

Ordered an England football shirt and firstly it took 2 and a half weeks to arrive. After it arrived, the quality was quite poor and was too big for me so I messaged them asking for a refund. It's been almost 3 weeks now that they haven't responded to my 3 emails I've sent them regarding the return and I've just wasted £35. NEVER BUY from this shop as they don't care about their customers and will only take your money. Just as most of the customer reviews that are being said here - these lot are SCAMMERS.

Awful experience. Stock took over 2 weeks to arrive I actually emailed and told them not to send it and cancel the order, that was ignored. Shirt arrived and Immediately emailed them saying I wished to return the item, 2 emails later and I am still awaiting details on how to return as they’ve closed the website for Christmas. Would use 0 stars if I could, awful customer service. Stay away from this shower of sh#t

They must be a scam as same as all others no shirt turned up

Very much like the rest of the reviews on here I purchased a shirt for a Christmas gift back in November, email said item was dispatched, Nearly a month later and nothing no item no update and £35 wasted. Customer service don’t care and just tell you to be patient as Royal Mail are on strike(I’ve had other parcels that were bought after this that have already been delivered by Royal Mail) please please don’t order from them you will just experience the same as everyone else.

Ordered 2 shirts on 19/11 and was ‘shipped’ on the 23/11. Royal mail still do not have the item and the sender claims it is held up due to ‘slow processing’ and ‘customs’ they said they would chase this up with royal mail last week and still no update. I asked what was going on again and they responded telling me to be patient and that they would chase up with royal mail… again?

Terrible website and terrible service 100% a scam

Like all the other reviews, ordered a shirt in November, tracking details said its been sent and is with courier however not had shirt, tracking details not changed, not answering emails... DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
UPDATE.... I have now received my order, took 4 weeks, email correspondence was slow, tracking was useless however the shirt is good quality.
