I asked several times to stop charging my card, to cancel my membership and delete my account. I got the promise it will be done but still charging my card.

My sister got an unrecognized purchase from this random website, without being even registered or buying anything not even once.

This website is being used for fraudulent purposes. The numerous reviews also agree with this. You will be signed up against your own knowledge and they will deliberately waste your time with 'support emails' probably hoping you give up before refusing to assist at all. I have reported them both to my local police station and to the German cyber crimes office.

Do not trust this company fraudulently set up unknown to my wife a account in her name and took out 38 euros ,contacted them directly to ask why or how they did this, 18 emails later still waiting for a refund and getting same generic email back asking for a bank statement showing payment been taken out,no refund forth coming even waiting for the 7-10 buisnees days at time of writing been 12 days, have now contacted my wife's bank to try and get her refund back unfortunately not expecting to get it back, so thankyou to these scammers for making people's life hell, quickly enough to take out money but notso quick in refunding it, would not recommend avoid avoid avoid

They must improve on privacy issues cause they did fraud with my bank they took money someone did Friad
