Worst online shopping experience ever

Worst online shopping experience ever! Avoid ordering products from this website!! I placed an order in January 2023 for more than €200 (ok, you can call me naive....). It took 2 1/2 months to arrive in Spain, where it was held back by customs until I could provide an invoice (which the shop doesn't provide with the order confirmation). All my request (I wrote them 8 times in total....) are being answered but ignored....still waiting for an invoice after 2 weeks.... never again!!!
