Recieved my neopixel lightsaber and i am very pleased with it. The manufacture is is extremely high quality and for a very good price too, lots of fonts to play with and choose from. Customer service and response time is also great, very good company overall.

Amazing Quality lightsabers and so many light and effects options with the neo pixel blades. The delivery time was really good especially as they hand craft every single order. I got the Cal Kestis lightsaber from the Fallen Order game and it looks and feels amazing. Perfect weight! I feel like a true Jedi with it in my hand!

I wrote a review once before but since then I had some questions which were answered really quickly.
I am writing another one because it is so nice to be treated with courtesy and respect.
I originally was dubious as to where to go for a Saber and what sort of back up service would be available, but I made the right decision.
When mine arrived, (a Graflex SFXESB) it was well packed and protected so that was a great start.
A great saber, and the people behind the making of it care about their customers.
Nothing is to much trouble for them because they believe in and care about the products they make.
So a big thankyou all round to Forcesabers!

I bought a saber a few years ago, which I love. But I am in no way a technical person and recently it stopped charging correctly and would not turn on. I reached out to ForceSaber via their chat function on their website and it was such a pleasant experience. The technician talked me through each step and helped me to diagnose the problem, and gave me very clear directions on how to resolve it. Was very patient as well! Great service :)

I was looking for a quality stunt saber, and I got one.

I feel a bit off using sound sabers to duel with because there's loads than can go wrong with them, which limits me to basic soundless stunt sabers.
Unfortunately, very few companies actually sell basic single-function stunt sabers, especially here in the UK. Doesn't matter though, because we only need ForceSabers.

The hilt I picked looks amazing, it looks like it could be straight out of a film. It's a little scuffed in places, but that's part of the handmade charm.
I will say though, it's small compared to other sabers. It might be an issue for someone with huge hands, but it's completely fine for me.

It arrived far sooner than I expected, which is always a good thing, and the customer service is beyond excellent. I even got a discount for ordering without a blade.

10/10. I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future

Over the past year or so I have purchased 7 sabers from Forcesabers and they are fantastic, the product they make is absolutely stunning, their customer service is second to none and they are always trying to make their sabers better and better!

I placed an order with the company some weeks ago and received the product almost a month before I was expecting it. The product arrived in great condition and matches exactly what is shown on the website. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone.

At first I was scared a little worried new to the lightsaber market wanted to started off small. And here it is ForceSabers a UK based site that did high quality sabers I bought two sabers blue and green and I felt like a Jedi master. I sadly broke them after months of hitting them off my friends and I didn’t want to send them off in fear of the price THE RESPONSE TIMES THE PRICE IT WAS ALL BRILLIANT. I'm so very impressed with this shop and there amazing customer service. We had a small mix up were the wrong colour was sent out, and with 1 email they were happy to pay for me to send it back, change the colour for us and throw in a FREE saber bag to make up for the hassle, this was a birthday gift so they went above and beyond to put my problem right and then to make sure I was happy and that it was all good, which of course it was..Couldn't ask for better service ,honestly if only ever shop or service would be this good.

The saber we had custom made for my 12 year-olds bday was very well made, the blade we got with this saber seems head and shoulders above the blade I got with other saber from elsewhere, it's got much thicker walls and lot more stable compared to the Amazon saber I got my 7 year old, the blade seems to be nice and strong for fighting with, altho I come back in few week's to update as both my boys now have sabers to fight so we're see how good they are I'm sure lol..

I was given money off for the next time I come back just to top of this cool shops customer service, and trust me I'm sure with two young saber mad starwars fans and mmy self of course, as I'm looking my self now, just so can play with kids of course hahah 😋😋😀😀

Amazing! The product itself (coming from someone who isn't into star wars) is brilliant quality and overall looks very well built and looks very sleek and movie like.

Their customer service has been beyond expected. Following an issue (caused by myself with faulty batteries that I put in) they were very helpful and understanding and helped me solve the issue. Very fast responses and always friendly and informative.

Amazing company, would 100% trust and reccomend.

I bought the God Killer saber for my husband from our boys for Father’s Day, ordered in good time, taking into account that the spec I ordered would take 12 weeks to make as they are made to order.

My husband and our boys are BIG Star Wars fans, I am too but not to the level they are so when it arrived, I was surprised how excited I was and well....... it was worth the wait!!

The quality of the saber is fantastic, sturdy, beautiful to look at, great to play with, not too heavy and the sound effects and responsiveness of the swings is awesome!!

Highly recommend this company, I will be placing further orders for the boys when they are old enough to properly wield the power of a saber!!

This company is amazing so helpful they made sure we had it in time for our sons birthday. Even after the delivery company messed up (not forcesabers fault at all) I rang them and they were in contact with the delivery company straight away and kept me informed what was happening they updated me every 20mims after phoning delivery company every 20mins. I am so pleased with this purchase it is so well made detail is amazing the sound effects are brilliant. I am going to have one happy boy for his birthday.

I have only bought from Forcesabres so I can't compare it to other companies.
I am extremely happy with the finished product. The smile on my face when I fired it up for the first time, I'm sure, would have looked like a young child on Christmas day. (I'm 46. Shhh. Don't tell anyone).
In fact, I'm so happy with my purchase, and confident that I will receive the product I ordered (They are not the cheapest items you can buy.), I have ordered another one.
The time it takes for the product to arrive is rather lengthy but understandable as they make them to order. At the time I'm writing this they have over 150 orders to get through and are quoting 13 weeks delivery.
They also sell accessories like replacement blades, belt clips, batteries - that sort of thing.
In summary, I am extremely happy and I will, and have, order from them again.
The reason for the four stars (not five) is so that I have somewhere to go if there happens to be a better product.

Forcesabers are absolutely fantastic. I ordered a lightsaber from them previously last year and the quality and top notch customer service they provided brought me back to order a second saber, but this time they outdid themselves ten fold.

After choosing the design I wanted the most, I contacted them to ask if customisation was possible, as I wanted an aged, battle worn appearance with a leather effect handle. The same day I received a response, stating they were more than happy to do so. We spoke back and forth finalising the design. They provided me with all available options and work they could do as well as giving me recommendations for the design and informing me of upgradability for the future, all with such a friendly, engaged attitude. I must also add that from my experience, it shows that Forcesabers are truly passionate about their work as well as providing the best service they can.

Throughout the entire construction period, they stayed in touch, sending progress information aswell as pictures as the saber took shape.

Towards the end of the lightsaber construction, they offered to use a real leather wrap, which they would age with no extra charge rather than the leather wrap we chose prior, as it would match the saber better. They didn't have to do this and could have simply done what we decided, but the fact they offered something that they thought would make me more happy with the saber, again is a testament to their top customer service and pride in their work.

I received the saber this morning and as I expected, the quality is unmatched, down to the tiniest details. The work and dedication that went into making this for one customers request has blown me away. There is no doubt in my mind I will be ordering again in the future!

I don’t often write reviews but I am happy to give a glowing review for my daughter’s lightsaber. She received it initially about a month ago and initially it didn’t work and it became apparent that one of my kids must have charged the saber using the wrong type of plug (notwithstanding the instructions provided are very clear on how to charge this correctly). ForceSabers have been very good and very prompt in resolving the issue for us and now that the saber is fixed it is a superb product. The sound effects are amazing and it is well worth the wait for a bespoke product. For me the sign of a good business is how it deals with issues and they have been excellent. 5 stars! MW, Solihull.

So I’ve already been through an entire ordeal with these people were back-and-forth emails with them and my bank just to get confirmation of a refund which in the end my bank has fully confirmed after all the information forcesabers gave me that a refund was never issued and is no way in the system or on the way to the system I even asked them to check if any refunds have been issued from a company name squareup which is the third-party company that they use for refunds and payments and which the bank fully confirm that there is no refund in the system whatsoever so I go back to forcesabers and try to recommend or suggest a alternative way of refunding me, they then tried to accuse me of money laundering just for suggesting such a thing, to which I don’t see in how asking for the money that you’re entitled to is money laundering when you’ve proven beyond reasonable doubt that the original refund was never sent and is never going to be received so therefore it needs to be re-sent in a different form I also reminded them that this whole ordeal was first started by them breaking the consumer protection act by falsely advertising a product at the time of its sale, I’m now having to fill out chargeback forms and have been in contact law enforcement officials to get my refund which has been putting massive pressures and instability within my mental health, being a mentally challenged/ill this pandemic has been hard enough but then this on top is just too much to handle.
All in all AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
It’s going to be interesting to see what lies they’ll reply with to discredit this review.

But I have more than enough to prove they lied if they do to which I’ll happily post on there pages for everyone to see and conclude there own opinion on the ordeal they forced me through.

The item in question 33” upgraded frosted saber - The issue: is nothing to do with the diameter of the blade like they tried to claim its to do with the length of the blade to which at time of purchase was advertised as a 32 inch long upgraded frosted saber, what I received was a 30 inch saber (all measurements taken of the saber itself not inside the hilt) and as for testing the brightness and improvement of colour this was tested on a saber that was acquired from your website it is not one I purchased myself it is one that a friend had from a year ago that I got from him are used but I can confirm and he confirmed he originally got it from your website so as for the times of the improvement of brightness in colour this is still falsely advertised As in my experience they say there was Dimmer and didn't ignite the full length of the saber, even though it’s shorter than advertised.
Now as for the refund I provided my bank with all the information you provide me and the information you provide me from square and they fully confirmed the refund was never issued to their system in any shape or form to the point that I had to fill out a chargeback form and have been in contact with their fraud investigation team like they advised me and as I stated to you in an email they have opened an investigation into you and square and should be in contact with you soon.

forcesabersuk: why can you not admit the fact there’s a possibility you sent an incorrect sized saber, honestly your so stubborn about it it’s embarrassing although you never asked for one I’ll new email you a pic of it next to a tape measure and as already stated the bank confirmed to me you never sent any refund so it’s not a matter of me waiting for my bank when my bank is waiting for you and as stated in email the hilt it was tested on was the Phoenix hilt sold on your website if anyone is “blowing thing out of proportion” it you, you honestly ignore the facts and twist the evidence to try and defend yourselves but people deserve the truth, which is way doesn’t matter how much you try to discredit my honest and truthful review within my experience I will continue to post and re-post them so no one goes through what you’ve put me through.

I honestly wouldn’t waste my own time and effort in doing all this to spread the truth I thought I said wasn’t true, I’ve got fair better things to do with my time but the people deserve the truth and nothing more.
