1st Offered refund if I close my PayPal case.

It’s not working, you guys cheated on me. Since I bought I put it in my car. It’s not working. Now I can understand this is just your money making strategy. I thought maybe you guys have trusted product but this product not good.
I am 83 years and to clean off my car was hard until I got this product. After the snow was finished I went to my car turned in the little item and within 10 minutes my windshield was completely clean.
