I ordered LH & RH door handles for my 2001 Ranger based on their website description and part number. What I received was something completely different.
I sent photos of the difference between the parts and asked how we could get the issue resolved. FordDiscountParts.com has not returned my calls and responded to my email with an option for me to pay to send the incorrect parts back, pay a 20% restocking fee, and "trust" that they may or may not send me the right parts.
I now have to file a claim with my CC company to force them to let me return the parts. At this point I will find an alternate source for Ford Parts moving forward. This company does not have the correct information and can not be trusted.
I own a retail business and when we have the wrong information or make a mistake we make sure to correct the issue with as minimal impact to the customer as possible.
I have been trying to buy things outside of Amazon to support small businesses but if the hassle is this bad it might push back to paying Bezos . . . Sad.
