The flavours were lovely but by the time they reached me, the brownies were really dry. It ruined my first experience of Fordies and sadly I wouldn’t order them again.

What can I say apart from Fordies really do look after you, every step of the way my questions were answered in a timely manner. I placed a large order a month in advance and asked for it to be delivered on a specific day allowing a day each side, when the order didnt arrive, (due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier service, which to be honest is not Fordies's fault), there was no way of tracking my order. I got an email from Becky at Fordies to say they would personally hand deliver my order to me the next day at a specific time. I have to say I was sceptical thinking it was brush off, but to my ultimate surprise the doorbell rang right on time the next day with a very polite gentleman from Fordies holding my large order (I just wish I had taken his name). As for the brownies, they are absolutely delicious and taste as good as they smell.
I cannot thank the gang enough. This is well and truly what you call outstanding customer service.

Lovely brownies let down by slow delivery but customer service sorted a replacement order quickly when I reported a problem to them. Seems from other reviews that their courier is letting them down but the brownies are delicious

Initially very delayed delivery but sorted straight away with a fresh box next day delivery! So moist and flavoursome 😀

Have used multiple times for friends & family. Always told the brownies are amazing & the package looks lovely. I'm told the vegan ones are fantastic. I love the handwritten notes gives it more of a personal touch to the messages.

Delicious brownies ordered for valentines day for my husband. We had one each every night for 3 nights and they were perfectly moist and tasted amazing. Would definitely recommend! The only slight negative was that they weren't delivered until the evening of valentines day, despite the website saying "last chance to order in time for valentines day". I didn't have anything to give my husband when he gave me a gift on valentines morning. Also, the gift message was handwritten, which I think would have been nicer had it been typed.

Delicious brownies as always. Have ordered several times and always been enjoyed by all. Great customer service. I ordered some brownies but then needed to change the address at the last minute but by then was too late - was surprised with complimentary delivery at home which was really kind and unexpected. Thank you very much

Sent as gift to pregnant friend who had recently lost her father. Brownies left outside near her bin for days with no note left. Contacted fordies who told me to contact postage service. I feel Fordies should have taken responsibility and contactwd the postage service! Fordies told me brownies still okay to eat. My friend didn’t fancy eating the brownie that had been near her bin for days. Waste of my money.

The best brownies I have ever had!
I’ve had so many of them, but the salted caramel ones are to die for.
I’ve also been buying them for friends as birthdays gifts.
Very fast and reliable delivery too!

Brownies arrived rather hard and the blondies were so soft the batter seemed undercooked, I ended up binning them all as they were too bad to eat, really bad experience so hopefully this is not regular service

THE best brownies ever. Have ordered for ALL of my friends, no word of a lie, the cookies and cream vegan and gluten free ones are a go to! I even put the wrong name for a couple and just emailed fordies and they changed it for me before shipping! Amazing company, amazing service, they put the D in Delicious.

Fabulous brownies; great customer service. I purchased multiple boxes of brownies as gifts, including gluten free and gluten free vegan options. All were delicious, and the packaging was very clear for those with different dietary requirements. I would have no hesitation to buy from Fordies again.

I've used Fordies on numerous occasions and I've even got my friends onto them as well. Such a great business to support. Reliable delivery, great quality bakes and service!

I purchased these in place of a birthday cake for my mum. Unfortunately the order was picked up late and disappeared with Hermes. We finally received the brownies 11 days late. Which was frustrating but I must highlight that the brownies were absolutely delicious!! Due to the poor delivery I sadly wouldn't buy again. I received no discount or any extras as an apology from the company.

Ordered a mystery box and received
Raspberry and white chocolate brownies, Orange brownies and Peanut butter brownies. Incredibly quick to dispatch and service was great! Thank you, will be ordering again soon!

Ordering process was very easy and they were quick to respond to my questions via Instagram. I placed two orders (Salted Caramel and Peanut Butter)for birthday gifts. Brownies were well baked and presented however felt that you could not really taste the salted caramel. Asked for feedback from friend with the peanut butter and she said they were delish but could of done with more peanut butter.

Would order again but likely go for classic flavour.
