Trust is foreign
My experience with this business was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I contracted the owner to photograph my products and shipped them with the clear expectation that they would be returned once the work was completed. To streamline the process, I provided a prepaid return shipping label ahead of time.
Despite this, my products were not returned. Multiple attempts to contact the owner via email and phone were ignored, and communication ceased entirely. I was eventually blocked, leaving me with no way to recover my property through normal means.
As a result, I was forced to escalate the matter by filing police reports with both the Chicago Police Department and the Brooklyn 68th Precinct, where a criminal report was taken and assigned. Only after public disclosure did the owner respond and agree to return my products.
This situation caused avoidable delays and financial setbacks for my business. While the photography work itself may be technically adequate, professional integrity, transparency, and accountability were absent. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this business exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence before sending valuable items.
