Great hotel with good facilities and a very warm and welcoming receptionist. We loved having the freedom to cook our own meal and keep food in the fridge, which a hotel does not offer. A comfy chair or couch would be something I will book the other room for next time, ideal after a long day of strolling around Malmö.

My family and I stayed in the Forenom apart hotel, Alvik branch, Stockholm, for one night. It was a pleasant stay. The view from the top floor was amazing. The best part was the metro station access a few minutes walking distance from the hotel, therefore there was no hassle with regards to mobility. The rooms were clean and the posted amenities were all in order. The price per night was reasonable, comparatively. The hotel had clinics, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants all within walking distance to it. I would recommend.

I have travelled to many countries but have never seen the key policy they have. In Odense you have to pick up and drop off the key in a place that is located 3km away from the apartment. With public transportation to be safe, you need to count extra hour. The instructions for drop off are incorrect so it was a very stressful experience and I had to call the customer service and ask where is the mail box they were talking about. It is not written in a description so if you book through booking, you find out after you book. Just as with cleaning.
They make you deep clean the apartment. Not in a sense of leaving it in a decent state, this should always be obvious, but they say you have to vacuum, wipe the dust, clean the bathroom, kitchen... I've never heard of that before, and again it wasn't in the description.
They don't claim they are inclusive but just an extra information that if somebody is disabled, this accommodation would be a terrible idea due to the key box being so far away, necessity to clean including vacuuming and also the fact that key box is very high up and not reachable for someone for example in the wheelchair.
The apartment existed, and looked like in pictures so I can't call it a scam but I definitely will not use their services ever again in the future and I will advise everyone I know against it too.
They are re renting apartaments with tree times doubling prices. This guys are insane. Use instead airbnb, finn.no couchsurfing, etc... Avoid this kind of companies

I booked with them, they confirmed it by email and receipt by pdf attachment. They knew a guest is coming but they didn't send me any entry or how to get in. After many phone calls emails messages they sent the code Bravo! What a disgusting welcoming is that.

3000 SERVICE CHARGE! Booked Forenom in Lund to visit our daughter 1 night. Chose the hotel because it had pet friendly offer on Booking dot com. (More expensive choice then REAL HOTELS).
NO confirmation or advice if the room we were offered was good for dogs or not.
Our dog stayed at my daughters apartment, BUT we were charged 3000 for cleaning!!!
Even though the dog didn’t stay overnight!!
No notification was sent of room with or without pets.
No clarity to to which rooms are which.
COMPLETE SCAM TO GET CUSTOMERS TO PAY MORE!
I’m sure I will get a response through Trustpilot, because I sure as heck don’t get a response from the hotel itself.
BTW you need to even bring your own soap!

Im at tollbugata 10 Drammen Norge, Been shoved in a tiny rom, 2 extrem large windows, facing the pub garden below, these windows can not open. Not as in not working, they are solid 2 pices of glas, it is 20 to 25 degrees, hot sun heating up my room. and no means of getting fresh air. or even more panic thought....in case of a fire I cant excape out of the window. I have been issued with an air cooling device...however it feels its heating as much as cooling the room.
So i have the curtains closed all the time, however if I chose to open up the curtains, the customers in the beer garden can look directly in my windows. Impressed. Not.
On the brights side of things the previous guest left me a gift, a full rubbish bag and Forenom promisses me a 5000nok fine if I accidently set the fire alarm off while cokking my food......so now Im too scared of cooking myself food. other wise nice design, clean kedel, good bed.
Called the company om monday the 19.06 and got moved to another room in tollbugata 12. Therefor I added a star. however with the move of the rooms there was some frustrating episodes where my code to get in was not working, the people I spoke to, seemed not to know the layout of these buildings keept telling me to go in to another building oppersit to enter my room. these buildings are to seperate buildings no korridor, or basement.
Rented one of their flat for 1 month in Central Copenhagen as wanted to be able to cook and have a home whilst there for work.
The flat was stunning in a prime location and was cheaper than staying in a hotel. It has everything needed including washing machine, flat screen TV....
They look well after the flat and send someone within 2-3 days if something is missing or not working and respond to query sameday within the hour.
Given the price it is a good service. Was also very easy to pick up the keys at the airport from an automated locker.
I have already booked another flat when I return next month.
As we are a big company, we co-operate wirh Forenom for more than year and a half. This is literally the best agency I have ever worked with.
Help is almost instant and everytging what we need, they find a way. We currently have rented accommodations in Norway and Denmark and so far no problems. Of there are problems as everywhere else, but people at Forenom solve it very quickly.

Ok, I am up than I have right to rest and sleep but, I ask again with respect, is not possible to change faster possible, the Rules for the houses rented from Forenom to preserve Silence for everybody and that, do not support people who drunk and keep Loud music on common spaces or keep under their authority all TV with maximum volume for music video just for them please?
What we can do now, to not rest and do not sleep because those people do not want hear our pleas to let us rest? Please Forenom change the Rules to all persons who come to Your rented accommodations because we come for rest and Silence not for stay all nights wake up because of loud music from the same accommodation which are common places and we come to rest, relax and sleep not to be afraid for revenges of those people when we pleas for let us to sleep I mean, I come from job because just in the house can I relax and sleep after 14 hours ok? but it is insuportabil to stay wake up and wait so many hours after come from Work until those people understand there are Rights for everybody to relax and sleep that why we come to Your accommodations, not for party every day and so many hours per day and do not sleep anymore. Please, change the rules Forenom because they understand to make abuse of Rules like that: Music: residents are not allowed to play loud music after 1 p.m. 20:00 Sunday to
Thursday and at 24.00 Friday and Saturday. All doors and windows must be kept closed when listening to music. If you are having a party, you must inform the
neighbours well in advance of the party but they do not respect anything about rights for others.
Is not possible to support this kind of manifestations and if I say something they revenge on us. I can't kept headphones because I can't sleep with those because begin to hurt after 10 minutes and anyway will damage to stay on side and hurt.
Please, change that rules inadequate because we need to sleep after Work where anyway is a lot of Noise.
Just arriving at Forenom in Lund, and the room is cold. Called and was told that they can’t do anything about it, and that the entire hotel is cold. Asked to cancel the reservation and book another hotel, but is told that they will charge for the stay anyway!

There are two major problems with the Forenom.
1. They bombard you with emails before you arrive. The content is largely not of relevance and multiple emails are not justified at all. Specifically, I received 8 emails before arrival!
2. These emails are in finnish language. Hence you have the pleasure to use google translate to find out what they want. They are not capable to communicate in English. International travellers should be aware of this issue.
The good point about Forenom is it is cheap.

Arrived here yesterday the situation is:
2 outer curtain broker over 3
1 inner curtain over 3 lacks!
That is to say light all night inside.
Here for working i asked to solve the problem or a room change...they didnt answer at all!

i am staying in forenom near Kamppi and its been 6 days and had terrible experience. worst customer care service. these guys dont take the guest issue as a serious and no flexibility or intent to provide support. i have few things missing in my apartment and i had called 6 times over emial /phone but nothing has happened. terrible!!!!
The list of problems with this unit:
- Moldy fungus by the mattress!
Yes, it’s true and I have the pictures to prove it!
- 2:3 lights in the kitchen not working.
- Leaking washing machine.
- Sweeper for the bathroom so old it’s useless.
- No bath towels or kitchen towels.
- TV not working - why is it even there then?
That’s what I’ve found out so far. Don’t know if more problems will appear before I leave in 4 days :-(
We lost our keys on Saturday and customer support didn't even know if they have spare keys until on Monday we directly reached our appartment's service manager
They took 700€ from my card without my consent and didn’t give me any explanation....
