I had the best experience with FOREO warranty expert Danny!! The warranty process was the best: very clear and quick. I purchased a LUNA2 less than 2 years ago, and the power was not working. Danny sent me an email with clear instructions and they sent me a LUNA3 the week after!! Prompt and efficient service! When thinking about getting a NuFace or Bear2, now I have made up my mind of getting Bear2 thanks to the great customer service rep, Danny!! Love this company and their product!!

Excellent customer service! Danny has been very helpful, very quick to respond to my inquiries and guided me through the process of warranty procedure of my Foreo Bear 2 Eyes and Lips device. I owned 3 devices/products of Foreo, and this company has an excellent customer service like what I’ve experience with Danny! And the shipment of the device is very quick as well! After my claim has been approved and processed, within 5 business days, I received my new device! :)

I recently had to claim the warranty for my PEACH GO 2 due to a charging issue. To be honest, I was a bit worried, but FOREO made it surprisingly smooth.
A huge shoutout to Maria from the Customer Care team, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. After I provided the purchase proof and a short video of the defect, my claim was approved within just a few days.
I will receive a brand-new replacement! It’s refreshing to see a brand that truly stands behind its products and has such dedicated people like Maria. 10/10 for customer service! 💖

Recently I ordered a new Luna during Foreo's sale. Typically products are shipped quickly, and this one was taking a little more time and shipped using a different company. I contacted customer service and within hours and Mary emailed explaining that their carrier was a trusted company. She was very understanding and kind.
