I had the best experience with FOREO warranty expert Danny!! The warranty process was the best: very clear and quick. I purchased a LUNA2 less than 2 years ago, and the power was not working. Danny sent me an email with clear instructions and they sent me a LUNA3 the week after!! Prompt and efficient service! When thinking about getting a NuFace or Bear2, now I have made up my mind of getting Bear2 thanks to the great customer service rep, Danny!! Love this company and their product!!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! Danny has been very helpful, very quick to respond to my inquiries and guided me through the process of warranty procedure of my Foreo Bear 2 Eyes and Lips device. I owned 3 devices/products of Foreo, and this company has an excellent customer service like what I’ve experience with Danny! And the shipment of the device is very quick as well! After my claim has been approved and processed, within 5 business days, I received my new device! :)

A seamless warranty experience with FOREO!

I recently had to claim the warranty for my PEACH GO 2 due to a charging issue. To be honest, I was a bit worried, but FOREO made it surprisingly smooth.

Great customer service !

Recently I ordered a new Luna during Foreo's sale. Typically products are shipped quickly, and this one was taking a little more time and shipped using a different company. I contacted customer service and within hours and Mary emailed explaining that their carrier was a trusted company. She was very understanding and kind. I am a proud owner of the latest Foreo Bear, the FAQ 202 Mask, and the FAQ 102. I’m genuinely pleased with all of these products as well as the skin care the brand offers. I wanted to leave this specific review to let everyone know that not only are the products top‑notch, but what truly elevates the whole experience is the outstanding customer support the company provides.

I had an issue with my FAQ 202 Mask after a year and a half of use, so I contacted the team to explain the problem. Danny is the best!

I had a great experience with my claim. Danny helped me quickly and sympathetically with my issue. We had a replacement toothbrush for my daughter within a week of my claim. The only thing that would have been better is if the toothbrush had never broken at all!
