My mini 4 stopped working

My mini 4 stopped working. I contacted the customer service and submitted the form. Danny was so great and helpful. I have been using the devices for years and it’s so hard not to have it daily. Love my device and happy that Danny help to replace new device for me.

The customer service is so fast!

The customer service is so fast! My Luna device unfortunately broke, but making a warranty claim was the easiest thing ever; there's literal direct links and helpful guides for every step of the way (completely different from what I'm used to). I can't wait to receive my replacement, despite it breaking, I've already noticed a big difference in the year of using it; softer exfoliated skin, seemingly less redness and irritation, and almost no acne flares!

Great service

I've been Foreo user for almost 10 years and I bought many of the Foreo device. However, the Iris device was fault (no more tapping motion) and the customer service assistant Marko is incredible helpful to assist me on this.

Great Customer Service

Danny was very attentive to my concerns and asking for the right documentation to get my replacement shipped out to me. He was so helpful and it was not a difficult process. Product developed a defect after some…

Product developed a defect after some months of normal use. However, customer service handled the warranty claim very efficiently. After providing video proof, the claim was approved quickly and a replacement was arranged without requiring a return. The process was smooth and professional.

I bought Foreo Luna and Luna 4 Hair…

I bought Foreo Luna and Luna 4 Hair recently. I spent almost £300. They are both really bad quality. Face cleaner looks and vibrates exactly like your cheap copies from Amazon. When I wanted to see what video treatments are included with this device I was asked to subscribe and pay 8.99 Mothly !!! to see the quality videos, after I already payed a lot for the device. Very basic version were just rubbish videos showing you how to massage your fave with the BACK of the device. Hair Luna is even worse. Silicone touch points are super short and way to soft to go between your hair to touch the scalp. Its just vibrating soft disc for a lot of money. I never used the items . I didn't like the quality straight away but Foreo is not letting me return it.
