Avoid I got charged &25 for first ride

This was my first ever ride with Forest Bike and got charged £25 for less than 30 minutes. The app told me after I finished my ride that I got charged fine for not parking correctly, this should prompted me before i finished my ride so that i don’t get charged but it didn’t. I went to customer service and the bot chatted to me of course didn’t understand my complaint and nothing happened. It’s a complete rip off. I’m not going to use it again.
