Beyond appalling service

Forester's has the worst customer service I have come across. We have been trying to access my daughter's baby bond funds since late 2023 and still NOTHING. Please do not tell me to write to service@foresters as we have done that over and over again. Emails take days to be responded to and then when we send what is asked for, a week later, we get another email asking for something else. We keep getting asked to call but when we try, the calls don't connect (we are not in the UK). Foresters are not willing to call us. We want this resolved. We are planning to take this further with the ombudsman as it is beyond outrageous how we are being treated.

A supportive and clear meeting

Olivia was very flexible and able to see us face to face and explain all the options clearly to us. She has provided all the information we requested and has made a further date to meet with us again. Her service has been exemplary.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Trying to sort my child’s trust fund out for her and this company are making it very difficult. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had a call with Lee Connor earlier on…

I had a call with Lee Connor earlier on today and I went into the call not really knowing a lot at all but Lee took the time to explain everything I was unsure on and it’s really made me feel secure in where I’m putting my money. Massive thanks to Lee !!
