Customers service is the worst I’ve ever come across. Everything you ask is not done properly and no one is there to take any responsibility of any enquiries. Spend so much money to buy two plots, once they’ve received the money that’s it nothing more they would like to follow up when they got your money. Very very disappointed with how this company deals with customers. AWFUL….VERY AWFUL
Absolutely disgusting service. Not only was they late to turn up to my house which meant the service was shortened. Was promised tings that was not delivered. And at the end of the service they was shouting at us to leave. I have recordings of the whole proceedings.
A poor experience.
Dirty curtains and walls.
A muffled sound system with a loud background hum making it difficult to hear the minister.
Management have assured me all these areas will be attended to, but really should not have been allowed to get into this state in the first place.
I would not recommend using this facility.
