I ordered a Polo shirt with 4 different…
I ordered a Polo shirt with 4 different known logos on them, forever Jack had already in the past supplied polos and hoodies with the same logos on them.
However when I received polo top one of the logos had been embroidered in a wrong colour. When I emailed about this there reply was “ I done it in white instead of gold because I thought it looked better ! “ No a logo is a logo for a reason and you don’t just change it because you think it looks better.
Having then asked for a replacement as this was intentional and not what I’d ordered I was told…..No I can’t replace it I’m to busy.
Very poor customer service and won’t be using them again.
In response …… you were very aware of the logo colours as you have done these logos before, these are recognised governing body logos therefore it’s unacceptable to just change the colours of them because of your opinion.
As this order was incorrect any reasonable business would have had the decency to re-print the shirt, not fob it off with ( exact wording ) I don’t have time to re do it !
